When driving to the property it appears as if we have to drive through a gas station to reach the entrance of the property but further review showed that the gas station was a shortcut to the property and there were actual streets leading to the property. The landscaping of property is attractive, and well kept. Staff were professional and pleasant. Interior of the hotel appeared clean and neat. Room (Queen suite) was spacious and acommodated 4 adults (with luggage) easily. The beds were comfortable Only issue was that the toilet had to be flushed twice or the handle had to remain pressed down while flushing so as to allow the toilet paper to flush down the toilet completely.

Third time staying here and am never disappointed. Staff is amazing! Two years ago the area got flooded and our shuttle service to the cruise port in Miami cancelled on us last minute. The front desk clerk immediately found us someone to bring the 8 of us to the port with time to spare. This year my teenage daughter refused to wear sunscreen and got a bad sunburn. While eating dinner I mentioned to the bartender I needed to order a pizza to go for my daughter because she felt lousy and stayed back in the room. The bartender went and got me an aloe Vera leaf so I could use the gel on her burn. Besides the pool being beautiful, the food in the restaurant really good, the hotel clean and the beds comfy, it’s the staff that really makes this hotel amazing. Will definitely stay here again!

I would never stay at this Holiday Inn in the future and would consider crossing the Holiday Inn chain off my preferred hotel list. Bad beginning with a 1.25 hour wait for airport pickup shuttle. I was given an apology upon check-in and told that I would be guaranteed a seat on the first morning shuttle as I had an international morning flight. I was the first guest to get on shuttle and then removed as tour group said they had pre reserved first two hotel shuttles. Hotel front desk manager and staff were not courteous and said they would call a cab but would not pay for it. Not a nice welcome or departure for paying over $200 for a one night visit.

All the staff was amazing. Our pick up from the airport was quick and the driver was friendly. All staff at the front desk was cheerful and helpful. The staff at both restaurants were attentive and gave us great service.
