We appreciate the front desk staff who assisted us when we checked -in- Ayana was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. When asked about possible places to see near the hotel, she didn’t hesitate to give us information on where we could go to shop and see the interesting places near the area. Scarlette, who was in the front desk during check-out was very helpful as well. Overall, the hotel was a great place to stay for short visit to Fort Lauderdale area, as it is near the airport, and free shuttle is a plus.

Booked the hotel within the same week of travel during the Christmas holiday and the price was super reasonable. Location was superb as it was just off a major highway and easily accessible. Restaurant and gas station were both just across the street. I would definitely plan to stay again.

Dirty! This hotel needs remodeling so bad. I got bit by some type of bug while sleeping. I had a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. No hot water in the shower. I had two beds and one bed had dirty sheets.

Relatively good location. Amenities were somewhat average not excellent but not bad. Looked a bit outdated. Especially not enough functional charging stations and lights. They need to check all connections from power lines. Overall, not bad but less consideration for the next potential staying.

This was our second stay at this great property. I made a huge mistake and booked the wrong night. Expedia rep.contacted the hotel, and the general manager, Michael was kind enough to change my reservation with no additional charges, for which we are so grateful.The bar and restaurant have great service with good food and beverages. So, next morning our cruise boarding time was delayed, front desk was kind enough to give us late checkout. What more can I say. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful, accommodating hotel. By the way, the pool area is beautiful! Thank you!
