Not great but comfortable

The beds were very comfortable and check-in was quick. Those are the highlights. The restaurant was not great. The room was large. Not super clean and the floors were sticky. The light in the bathroom was flickering, so I called the front desk and said I think we need a new lightbulb because the light in the bathroom was flickering. He sent the repair guy with a plunger which confused everyone. The repair man was a star and sorted things immediately. It was just a dying bulb creating a strobe effect. I don't think it was the first time the poor guy was told it was something completely different and had his time wasted. The restaurant closed early on Sunday and service was disorganized. Brought food with no cutlery. Forgot every request. Very strange experience and the food wasn't great. You'd probably do better to walk across the road to Denny's. We had a 3:00 shuttle to the airport booked and left at 3:20. If you need a prompt shuttle, you may just want to call an Uber.

The moment my family and I got into our room late evening we wanted to shower and call it a night. I go and try to open the shower and the shower handle immediately comes off in my hand. My kids were exhausted and ended up having to take cold showers before bed until the handy man came and temporarily fixed the problem. Not the most welcoming situation. Although pillows were very soft the mattresses were super hard. Not comfortable at all to sleep. Definitely disappointed. Not worth the price for the experience.

Loved this hotel! Rooms were great and property was up to date. Beds were comfortable! Pool area was beautiful!! Loved the pool! There was a restaurant to purchase food…no free continental breakfast. But otherwise a great experience!!!
