When we walked into the property it looked very clean and updated. Check in was easy and our room looked nice. We got in late, set our stuff down and headed out for dinner. We came back to the room and I saw something on the bed, a bed bug just walking across the comforter. I immediately notified staff and took pictures and killed and kept the bug in a plastic cup. The front desk offered to move our room and had me email pictures to management. We chose to leave and were told we would be refunded and that management would call us the next day. 2 days went by and I sent another email requesting a refund. It has been over a month, no refund and no reply. I did not want to leave a negative review, but the lack of response has left me no choice. The hotel looked very nice, but beware.

Overrated

Not sure why this place has high ratings. Broken hardwood in room. Nowhere to hang towels bc hooks were broken. Smell not good. Lobby seemed creepy and dark. And had one towel for two day stay. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open.
