We stayed at this property 10 or so years ago and liked it although not a luxury property it was cute and so close to the ocean. This time waw very different. Its tired, smelled like weed and we did not feel safe sleeping there. We booked a studio but here were no dishes, bath soap, not even paper towels to wipe the counter. We stayed the first night and left the next morning and stayed elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Feels incredibly unsafe, dirty, pictures are very misleading. Not worth staying here just to save some money. Staff is extremely rude. We felt so uncomfortable we left one hour after checking in.

Cozy beach stay
I was pleasantly surprised to find the room exactly as advertised. It appeared to have been recently renovated and had plenty of room. We had a partial ocean view and were right on the boardwalk. The room was very close to shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I have negative to say about this property is when booking it only shows that they have partial ocean views. When we got there, we found out that they do have full ocean view however, they want to attack on a lot of extra money to upgrade. I found the pictures on Expedia. They took a picture from the wall overlooking the beach, blew it up and made it seem on the website as though that was your ocean view for the partial ocean room so I didn’t really like that. They do have a lot of hidden fees that are kind of pricey, but the state itself was great. The room was great. It was very clean, I just want more transparency in advertising and cost.

Excellent location for this beach property. Opened the door and had a magnificent view of the ocean. Walking distance from restaurants and bars. Check in was a bit confusing since office is not on site but a block away - no biggie. Parking is a little more challenging but if you pay for the parking pass you can find a parking location nearby.

Unfortunately, we were given the wrong room upon arrival. Once they got us in the correct room, the keys didn’t work. Once we finally got settled into the room, we noticed the hot water was not working. We then found out later you have to run the sink for the hot water to work. Our air conditioner window unit leaked all over the floor in puddles for days. We didn’t receive any money off.

Nothing absolutely terrible about this property, just not great. There's no lamps in the room so you either have to use the full bright ceiling fan light or feel around in the dark. This also means you can't turn off the light while in the bed. There's no outlet near the bed so hopefully you don't like to charge your phone while you sleep and then use it as your alarm. The toilet paper was like science class paper towel material; like I've seen places use single-ply and even half-ply toilet paper but this stuff was very stiff and thick. The bathroom has a pedestal sink so there's zero counter space for getting ready in the bathroom. This also means that the spare toilet paper is placed on the skinny window sill right next to the sink so every time you're trying to use the sink you'll probably knock the spare toilet paper roll into the sink or onto the floor. The windows are old (likely original from the 70's) and did not provide any sound barrier. It sounded like people and vehicles outside were in your room. Most annoying is probably that you have to pay for parking, like are there people walking to the motel? The positives are that its right on the beach and right on the boardwalk which has a lot of places to eat. This place could be so much better with a few minor changes.

Property had AC issues and we needed to change rooms. The doors are difficult to close; areas are rusted and hinges on doors are not fully intact. Not to mention the stairs have sloppy concrete on the sides. Otherwise inside the apartment was nice and room service was very consistent. Be aware there are cleaning fees of about $50 per day so make sure you add it to the night stay and they expect it to be paid upfront during check in. I don’t believe that is fair to be charged so much when it’s up to the facility to pay their staff. The fee is outrageous.

The 1 apartment suite is the way to go. Ocean front view perfect and space was great. We’ve stayed in other rooms that were not as delightful, but this one was the way to go. We’ll be requesting this room every-time we go to this beach.

Las personas que te deven ayudar para hacer una recervacion, no te ayudan mucho te quieren cobar un ojo por cada noche asi que si necesitas sacar una avitacion para el mismo dia entra expidia te sale mucho mas varata, ellos te la quieren vender por 300 y pico dolares.
