This property was a great value! From the second we checked in (we arrived hours early and a room was ready for us) the front desk greeted us with a smile and provided us all the necessary information . Complimentary bottles of water were a game changer due to the extreme heat and humidity. It was nice being able to grab one when we walked in and out of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was amazing . You felt like you were at a restaurant eating on a patio every morning. A game changer for us was the free parking. Most resorts in the area charge a daily valet fee which is around $40-$50 A NIGHT!! We rented a car from the airport and had no issues with parking. The room was very clean. It’s nothing extravagant but you’re on vacation. You need a clean safe space to sleep and shower and use the bathroom. They provided that! I highly recommend this place as it is within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Oh yeah speaking of the beach, the hotel provides beach chairs AND umbrellas to use . (Most other hotels charge a rental fee) ..I think this is a family owned hotel and they are doing a hell of a job. My advice is to give them your business and book a room if you’re traveling to Ft Lauderdale! Thank you Premier for making our stay enjoyable and affordable!

The room was very clean, staff was amazing! Very accommodating. The parking can be a challenge if you do not get a spot out front as the below parking is very tight. Breakfast was great, both pools were awesome. We grilled one night which was convenient. We had a suite and it was perfect, the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Hello this is Mary, i travel a lot by myself and i must say that this hotel was amazing! I felt safe, it was super clean, staff was helpful. Walking distance to beach, park, dinner, shopping. Honestly i didn't want to leave. Breakfast was tasty. I saw the rainbow twice during my week of stay, happy about that too lol. That means abundance. Sasha was nice walked me to my room my first day, a few guys who work at the front desk can't remember their names sorry, were helpful/friendly. The bed was very comfy. Pillow could be better. Free chairs/towels for beach. The room was super clean and so pretty, perfect for what i needed. I informed the front desk i didn't want to leave and trust me because i travel alone i am picky with my stay. Pool was nice, except the iguana wouldn't let me read my book haha. I will be back! I must say the owners of this hotel should feel proud, they hired the right people even the ladies that clean the rooms were friendly, is nice for us all to at least say good morning to them. Blessings!

The hotel is very good, clean they clean every day and have an amazing breakfast, the people who work on site are all attentive and friendly always trying to please, we spent amazing days as a family the pool is very good and there is even a barbecue in the garden to make a barbecue. My family and I are very happy with the place!

This is an unassuming,hidden gem!!!
My buddy and I were recommended the Premiere by a friend in the area and let me tell you, we were glad he did. Premiere’s rooms were spacious, renovated and clean. It had a small pool, perfect for taking a quick dip after a day at the beach. (Which is right across the street). The rooms were well equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The staff was courteous and helpful. The only thing preventing me from giving a perfect rating is the parking. When we arrived there were no spots available that would accommodate my friend’s pick up truck. After a some time, the staff jockeyed some cars and made it work. It was a minor hiccup that was pretty easily fixed. The parking lot is limited and they do have a small underground garage that’s very TIGHT for medium and large vehicles. Overal, this is a great property with a great location. You have easy walks or ride shares to many bars and restaurants. They provide you with complimentary beach chairs and umbrelllas (while they last’) If you’re looking for a clean place to lay your head hatter a day in Ft Lauderdale, this is your place. We will definitely be going back! I can easily recommend this property as an economical option for a trip to Ft Lauderdale Beach!

Hotel was Nice and is at a Great Location, right across the street from the Beach... Staff were Very Friendly and Helpful, especially Steve at the Front Desk and Akari in the Bar Area...Room was a bit small...with Very Poor Ventilation... Next time I may have to get a room with a Balcony.... I would definitely stay again!

The Premier is in a great location!! this is our second time staying and it was amazing! but housekeeping should keep a eye open because there was blood in our sheets…gross…They changed it when I let the front desk know tho…the staff is very kind…and this is also a great place if you’re looking for a solo trip or a family trip…nice for the price Don’t let me review stop you from giving this hotel a try❤️
