Poor Housekeeping- food left in fridge from previous guests. No housekeeping was available to provide bedsheet and comforter for sofa bed. No iron was available in room. Only 2 bottles of water available for free per stay ! Seriously who does that. was not expecting this from this brand of hotel chain.

Older hotel. Sink was clogged. We didn’t say anything since it was just for one night. You cannot close the shower door so water leaks out. The bathroom is small and has a foggy window that you can see through when someone is using it. Location was a but sketchy. I guess that’s why they have top notch security. You need a key to get in and out and use elevator.

Beatiful view. Nice room. Nice staff. I've stayed here for several nights a couple times on work trips before as I previously lived nearby. It's familiar to me. The room is spacious. Well appointed for 1-2 people. Nice pool, weight room and restaurant. Bar food and good pizza nearby. Fine dining 10 minute walk south. Parking is my real issue. 50 per night is steep for what you get. Tipping each time is a must (you feel it). I'm overly generous with the initial tipping so I hope for "good" service during my stay as I'm in and out of the hotel a few times a day for work. $150 in Racetrack gift cards disappeared from my car. I realized it after about 3 hours of driving and time for gas. I went to get them from my console they were gone. I looked everywhere but they were no longer in the car. I got sloppy and should have really secured those. Sure I spent 450 per night for 6 nights on the room so I'm sure the valet guy didn't think much of pocketing some gift cards but it's still $150 bucks. FTL is one town in the day and completely different at night. I knew better. Just disappointed. Back to the hotel. So many choices that offer the same value for less "all in" money. I will not be back here even with a discounted rate.

Location is great and the ocean view from the room was amazing. Room was big and clean. We didn't use the pool, but a walk to the beach is just 2 minutes. Check-in was smooth, the staff were friendly and helpful. There are a few bars and cafes very close, as well as parks. Very walkable area if you enjoy walking along the beach. Keep in mind there's only valet parking option available at the hotel for $55/night.

AMAZING STAY
After 5 weeks in Fort Lauderdale, I found this hotel to be the best. Better, or as good as other much more expensive hotels in the area. I spent 3 weeks at this hotel. Very friendly staff, hotel is very clean, nice room, bed very comfortable and most wonderful views from the corner room. I will definitely return there. I have great memories of this place. Great value for money
