Decent motel in a very convenient area. The beach is only a minute walk from the room, but since the motel faces the road, it can get a little noisy. Our first room was not as nice because the windows did not close making it cold at night, the toilet seat was broken, and some electronics did not work. We were given a different room which was much better, but obviously not a 5 star room. I left my bathing suit to dry on the line outside, and it was stolen; so hopefully whoever reads this is warned and to be careful with your belongings. The front desk closes at 6 for the day, luckily we made it right before so make sure you don’t miss it. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, and the front desk lady Jennifer was helpful with our problems.

The hotel lost my confirmed reservation and it took Orbitz 5 hours to find me another hotel .... due to this, i missed my 9 yr old neice's birthday beach party!

The room smelled of Mold and we were congested our entire stay. The old wall air condition dripped brown fluid the entire time. The coffee maker had old moldy coffee in it. No towels or wash clothes provided. I literally had to purchase them from Doordash. There was dead roaches in the restroom, and the overall property was gross! NOT taken care of AT ALL. Rusty broken down grill outside, and the entire building looks like it should be condemned. This location should not be listed on Hotels/Expedia as this is a low budget motel under poor management. I have reported them to 311 for healthy safety violations.

We did not stay as the room did not have a working smoke detector. The photos on hotels.com do not reflect the current state of the hotel. The kitchen was not equipped and the hotel is right at the road, making it very noisy. The front desk staff was friendly but could not answer questions about the tv. The exterior had not been maintained. We were there for about 15 minutes before deciding it was not a place to spend 3 nights.

This hotel was a 1 minute walk to the beach which was amazing!! We stayed for only 1 night so it was great. The floors didnt look like they had been swept and the fire alarm kept ringing because the battery was low. But the service was amazing! I would stay again for a short stay.

We were guaranteed a late check in for booking through Expedia, however, when we called to advise the hotel that we would be arriving later than expected, nobody answered or returned our voicemails or emails. They refuse to give a refund even though we weren't even able to stay. We had to walk down the street in Florida late at night and try to find another hotel to stay at. Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We had to sleep in our car because they don’t have anybody in the whole property that give you your room keys at night, the lobby just open from 10am which is too late to 6pm which is too early for people that fly at night. They should pay one more person to give attention to people that comes to the hotel at night.

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and they were out of soap the whole time, not a huge deal, but if you say you are going to provide it, then do so, some pack according to what is offered.

The location is great during the day, but you don’t feel overly safe as soon as it gets dark out. Things not supplied in the room: - a blanket - towels - soap of any kind. We also had to go a purchase more toilet paper and there was only 1/4 a roll in the washroom at check in. The floors were also not clean and we found someone else’s empty travel shampoo in the shower. The Broadwalk is great, and you are super close when staying at the hotel. Did the trick but won’t be back.

NOT BEACHFRONT. I’m not sure how they can blatantly lie on the listing? The only reason we stayed here was because the hotel was supposed to be beachfront, but it is 2 blocks back from the beach and you cannot see the ocean at all. The property is a mess. Grass 12 inches tall, every piece of patio furniture and the grill rusted and broken. Garbage all over outside, including an entire case of beer and a man who slept in the courtyard all night. Door hardly locked, toilet hardly flushed, ceiling and walls were peeling away to nothing. This was so much worse than it looked in the photos. The woman who worked here was very nice but the office was locked even when they were “open” from 3-6pm (which is the only time you are able to check in). Just really bad.

Our room was pretty dingy with what looked like children's drawings on the wall and hairballs in the shower. We had one towel (3 people) for our two night stay despite asking numerous times at the front desk. Front desk hours are 10am -6pm, but no one showed up until 10:15 the morning of checkout. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone I like.
