The staff were all great. The room and common areas were clean and updated. The market in the lobby was a nice and convenient feature. If you’re in town prior to a cruise this hotel is a good choice, as it is a short commute via rideshare to the airport and cruise terminal.

Staff just OK, not much hospitality. OK for short stay before cruise. Go early for breakfast before 9:30am, otherwise no refill after that time although breakfast time till 10am.

Tru hotel stay
I was a little surprised at the room being so sparsely furnished. There was actually an echo in the room.. there was no coffee maker, no microwave, no closet and no extra chair so you can sit down relax and read a book or whatever. It was disappointing because the room was just as the girl called it a minimalist hotel. I guess I just wasn’t used to it. I like to have a cup of coffee when I wake up in the morning I don’t want to go downstairs to get one. The room was extremely clean and bright, but it lacked the necessary comforts of home.

Too basic for a Hilton One plastic glass in the room, tiny pillows, no closet, front desk never answered phone, scheduled alarm, failed. Gold member not even offered water. Entrance is in a small hall with equipment room and bathrooms…. Will skip in the future
