The front door is not on the street. Our cab let us off and the door could only be accessed with a room key. We were checking in, so, no room key. We had to walk down the street, through a parking lot and onto another street.

Liked the late checkout. The rooms are ok to crash for a night before your next flight. The breakfast food is almost like plastic playfood. There is hardly anything natural.

Some of the staff are not customer base right in front of them. There was this staff that she was just talking in the phone not even recognizing there was a customer needed help right in front of her. Addition to that you need to wait for the staff at the reception & wait for your room to be ready. We needed to floor up for our room if it is ready or not.

Night before a cruise
This property was very clean and nice. It was a one night stay before a cruise. The room was clean with a shower only, not sure if they offer tubs in any of the rooms. Check in process was quick. I thought I was going to have to drive to the port and park, instead the hotel has long term parking for cruises and it was fairly cheaper than the port. The charge for the shuttle was $15 per person each way. When we got back to port you have to call the number on the sticker to arrange a pick up and the wait was less than 15 minutes. Would I stay here again? YES.

Check in was a disaster. Outdated system. Desk agent hand wrote names on a list as you checked in then at 12:30 she started assigning room by hand on the same list? Then started calling out names to hand out key’s🙃 Hilton should be ashamed if this hotel. Lacked secure space for luggage. Waiting area/breakfast area was the same and people had to stand around for hours since no rooms would be clean/ready till 2pm.

A popular stay for pre-cruisers…so it was busy! But the staff was great! Great complimentary shuttle from airport. The ability to also arrange shuttle to cruise port was very handy.

Called to see if we could get early check in. They said we could get in at 2:00. They did not let us check in until after 6:00 pm. Various different reasons were given for this. Everyone checked out late, the rooms were trashed, etc. they had a whole list of people that were waiting to check in.
