Your listed description of double room- executive is non-existent. There is no room called that at Riverside. I booked that thinking it was 2 rooms - as it states double room. What they give you is a 1 room 1 bed “mini” suite. Which is no different than a single room with 1 bed for 1/2 the price.

The pool is absolutely disgusting, even though they claim it’s clean during the mornings, and even after it would still be terrible, it made me decide to just stay in my hotel for the rest of my stay, the front desk manager couldn’t even help!

Room location, too far from elevator and very bad view on the outside. could only see a half a wall & partial view of the outside. It was located on the 5th floor.

When we checked in the first thing we saw was a filthy dirty carpet inside the room then when we tried using the mini fridge there was left over crumbs of food and the room looked like they hadn’t cleaned at all other then the beds. Very bad room and full of moths flying around we had to kill about 5 of them in our room right when we checked in

The rooms were renovated so it was a lot cleaner than I previously remember. Staff was excellent especially house keeping. Casino floor is confusing and think it needs to be redesigned. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy an affordable vacation. Riverside is well enough for you.
