Our check-in was absurdly long and our agent in-training failed to identify our room number after preparing room keys. Lines to enter South Tower elevators where painfully long. Options for dining and especially coffee to-go were sparse. On a favorable note, our room was spacious and surprisingly clean given its advanced age. Guest service, and casino staff, and food and beverage servers were extremely pleasant and accommodating, and made up for a lot of shortcomings elsewhere......

Checked into room on Friday to executive suite on the 26th floor. Which is what we what wanted and paid for. Got to the room and had no A/C and was down graded to the 6th. When I asked if we could be compensated I was told no. On Saturday we ended up having to change rooms again. Overall experience was terrible and most of the staff did try to help with the exception of Jaclyn Emmon who was the Assistant Manager. Also the quality of food in the buffet was below average especially at the price they charged. I would not picked this hotel again because with all the room changes and it put a damper on our 3rd Anniversary.

This is a fine property for staying and gambling. Food choices are adequate. This is more “old school” vegas vibes. If I was in Laughlin I’d have no problems staying there again.

Everything was fine except one of the days I was staying there the elevators in the south tower stopped working for a few hours and I had to leave so I had to walk down the stairs that were pitch black and very scary, luckily I made it out alive.

Although the resort was ok. Decent food at river view, clean hotel room. The manager at the craps table "Glen" was a bit racist. definitely won't stay at this hotel again. even checked out earlier than booked.
