El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Bit outdated.
Personally don’t feel it deserves all the reviews it has. It was fairly clean but very outdated. The electrical was sketchy. The overhead fan/light in the living room has to sit a certain way in the outlet and you can hear the electrical arcing. The fan blades on the fan outside hit the wiring so probably not safe to use. They provide a sponge but no soap to use it with. They do not provide paper towels. Both are things you are supposed to get. Kinda silly in my opinion. The cable tv was not setup in the bedroom.

Clean and nice.
The cosmetics were lackluster. The drywall patchwork in the bathroom and the changing room was bad. The bed was almost too soft. That's the only negatives I have though. Was clean and great location. The balcony view was beautiful and u can see jets coming and going.
