This cozy, calm unit is the perfect size for a couple or individual. It's conveniently located by all of the resort amenities. The ground floor is easily accessible and located by our heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, tennis and basketball courts!! Unit has been fully renovated with everything you need to have a great stay. Enjoy a quiet evening watching movies on the Blu-Ray player and preparing dinner in the well equipped kitchen.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Cute!
Very clean and cute room. Small yes, but honestly bigger than the pictures look. The ceilings are tall in the main room. Great nice bathroom too.

Convenient and good value
Close to beach. Close to pickleball (both onsite and a short drive to Jet Park). Close to restaurants and Public Grocery. Swimming pools were a little small and fairly crowded (a lot of children). Cost was quite reasonable. Light traffic in area. Located beside the Air Force beach, the resort is bounded on west side with chain link and barb wire fencing (seemed a little disconcerting). We enjoyed the public beach located between Fort Walton and Destin which was accessible via a free public park.
