Comfortable sleeping arrangements, plenty of seating, beach front dining area, full kitchen, two baths, washer and dryer but most importantly - YOUR PRIVATE BEACH FRONT BALCONY! The moment you step in the condo, an incredible view of the sugar white beach will greet you. The Gulf Dunes property is definitely one of the Okaloosa Island's favorite destinations. Featuring 2 beach front pools, tennis courts, exercise room, BBQ grills, and elevators PLUS a huge beach front so you never feel crowded at the beach. Close to shopping, dining and fun activities for the whole family. An awesome romantic vacation or a memorable family vacation on the beach, there's lots of activities for everyone to enjoy!! And for your convenience, we have BEACH SERVICE! This saves you up to $30 each day from having to rent chairs and an umbrella daily. For a family who likes to spend a lot of time at the beach, the location of this room was perfect. We liked to go back to the room for lunch and it was so easy to get to. The condo was clean and having the washer dryer combo was great.

Good place for the beautiful beach experience.
Dated and not accurate as pictures show on listing. Overall cleanliness was decent. King bed was not comfortable and ended up sleeping in the hall bunk. If you’re looking for a decently priced ocean front condo on the AMAZING beaches of Fort Walton, this is a good place. For the price, I would return as our focus was to be on the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance, free beach service.

The unit had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Everything worked well. The washing machine and ice maker were loud (so don't use when sleeping). I plan to stay here again.
