Located on the 6th Floor near the center elevator, you will experience amazing views whether inside the unit through floor to ceiling windows, or on the balcony relaxing on the outdoor furniture (high-top table and 4 comfortable chairs) and enjoying the incredible sunrise and sunset views! Interior features 3 bedrooms; beach front master bedroom has incredible views through a large gulf facing window and sliding glass door, plenty of storage space for your belongings, and private full bathroom connected. The second master bedroom has views of Okaloosa Island, the intercoastal waterway, and Ft. Walton Beach, large TV, and private full bathroom connected. Third bedroom is roomy with plenty of storage, TV, and shared access to the main full bathroom. The open floor plan makes the unit very spacious and great for entertaining. The rental includes access to a heated pool and hot tub located on a large pool deck just steps away from the beach, exercise room, outdoor grills and easy access to the beach via a private walkway, where you’ll enjoy beach service including 2 beach chairs and an umbrella from March – October.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: Master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom – 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

A relaxing fall break
We loved the property, it’s decor, location, and views. It was very spacious, and having three bathrooms was very nice. I even hosted spaghetti dinner for friends staying at another condo. Party of 14! The only thing I would recommend would be an upgraded matress in the master and living room furniture. Will be back!

It stated it had just been updated and redone the place was so bad we left and did not stay there it looked like a Crack house the elevators was broke all but 1 with very long lines to even get to the room the toilet was all pulled apart and smelled of sewer there was spare and broken lamps laying on the floor nothing had been updated the furniture was falling apart the sheets was old and yellowing over all the entire building and unit was destusting the place refused to return any of our money thank goodness breath easy rental was able to find us a nice condo last minute and saved our vacation

Such a great property with easy access to the pool and beach. We swam with Manta Rays and loved having the stunning beach views from our balcony and bedrooms. The only thing I would change is having carpet in the living and bedrooms but the other upgrades are fabulous. Comfortable for our family of 6.

LOVED out stay here! Honestly better than the pictures with perfect location and views. Was not super crowded on the beach, and the pool was really nice for when we were tired of the sand. Only odd thing about the condo is there were zero basic essentials (salt, pepper, dish soap, etc). Overall, great experience and will be back.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. The property is depicted well in the pictures. My only suggestion would be to replace the carpet in the unit otherwise it is perfect. We really liked having a code to access the unit. Made checkin and checkout a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Condo
This was a great condo with wonderful, convenient access to the beach and nearby activities/restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes. The beds were comfortable and extra linens and towels were provided. The only complaint was the noise from neighbors and from the pool below (even 6 floors down) but that is to be expected in a popular vacation spot. The elevators were a little slow and 1 of the 3 was not operational, but this was not a huge deal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would likely stay here again if visiting this area.

Great except for beach chairs
My only issue was the complimentary beach chairs. The process doesn’t quite work as advertised. If you follow the instructions provided, you may find all of the chairs have been reserved when you go down to the beach. We did... If you want to use the beach chairs, you will need to go down early on your first day and reserve them for the length of your stay.
