Beautiful restful week
Enjoyed the pool and sitting at the ocean with your umbrella and chairs. Visited many good restaurants and went to Pensacola to see the Blue Angels. The condo was quiet and comfortable. Loved the blue beach feel!

NOT AS PICTURED but still very nice
NOT AS PICTURED. We booked this condo for the way it was decorated, and for the chaise couch. There are no decorations, no place settings, and they replaced the furniture in the living room with a couch and loveseat. I was looking forward to having a chaise to be able to put my feet up and relax every night. The beds were very uncomfortable but that is the case for most rental properties. Aside from this the condo was very nice! It was very clean when we arrived and the property was well maintained. The maintenance gentleman was constantly walking the grounds cleaning and the pool guy was there every morning. The company managing the property “Coastal Vibe Vacations” were very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book with them again in the future. The condo needed a can opener and pans to cook with and they immediately offered to bring them to us. The condo was nice and still had a beach vibe even without the decor. I would definitely recommend staying here just don’t expect it to look as pictured and bring an egg crate or mattress topper if you can.

Love FWB!
Property is older but fairly well kept. We've stayed at Watersedge for 20 years. We like the upgrades to the beach walkway and showers. We rented two units - this unit was in much better shape than the other unit. The shower could use a good scrubbing.

We have been coming to FWM for over 20 years and staying in Waters Edge for the last 18 years. We really enjoyed being on the first floor for convenience to the grill, pool, and of course the beach. The maintenance man, didn’t catch his name, keep the property clean and welcoming. Along with the pool guy. The Beach service crew were great and accommodating to our needs. Beautiful beach and water! Instructions were great from owners, communication was perfect. Cleanliness has a little to be desired upon arrival, there were mosquitos, mold/mildew in shower and washer could use a good cleaning, but overall decent.

We loved our first floor condo this year. We have stayed at Water’s Edge before and the first floor is much more convenient. I condo was perfect. The furniture in the living room was different than shown online when we got there but it was fine. We would definitely recommend and will stay again !!

Stayed here with my husband, mother & 2 babies. Very pretty condo. Loved the king beds in both rooms & the bunk beds in an actual room, not a hallway or closet like area. First time staying on a bottom floor unit, which was VERY convenient with little ones. Only downside was we couldn’t see the beach from the patio, could see a little bit of the water, but the walkway is just a few steps away. Lots of beach toys & accessories for the kids to play with. We enjoyed our stay

This unit has the most convenience of any other we’ve stayed in. It’s not a super busy area. Parking, pool, & beach access were perfect since my father went with us. No stairs or elevators. We would recommend & would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet stay
It was a nice condo. It was on the main floor next to pool which was convenient. Not to far from the walkway to go across to the beach; however, had to bring our own chairs as beach service was not provided due to the “off season”. I asked if I could rent but was told “no”; however we found from other people staying at same place that there was a rental company handling the beach chairs/umbrella on a daily basis. Would of been nice to know that. Was misinformed.

Not what is pictured, very dissatisfied. Very dirty!
We were to check in on Saturday July 17th at 4pm. After 11 hours of driving we arrived and had to wait until well after 4 pm for the cleaning to be completed. The exact words from the cleaning dept was ( The ppl before you trashed the place). So upon entry the walls were covered in dirty handprints, the kitchen had something red ( sauce of some sort maybe)? The floors were filthy and our feet were black after we took our shoes off after entering the room. There were no declarations out, which sold the property to me at first glance. I looked in the closet while unpacking and the VERY SOILED decorative pillows were in the shelf. Next I noticed the dishwasher was filthy with all sorts of junk on the handle as well as smelled wretched. The washer was full of long black hair and what looked to be like mold. This was our place we booked to marry the following monday. In the pictures it matched my wedding decor perfectly. My husband and I brought his parents in their 70's whim had never been to the beach nor seen the ocean. They were mortified about their first impression of walking through the door to our unit. It was false advertisement if you ask myself and family that akso stayed at Waters Edge Condominiums.

Great Condo!
Loved the condo! Great location in Ft. Walton away from the busiest area of Destin but still only a short drive to everything we wanted. Very convenient to park on the floor of the unit and having the first floor was great for going back and forth to the beach. Very clean and the owner interaction couldn’t have been better.
