The beds were comfortable, the staff friendly. We never ate the breakfast because we were either up too late or left early but it smelled good. Rooms were clean. My only complaint is getting towels and having the trash emptied. We ended up putting dirty towels and trash out in the hall and had to ask for clean towels and trash bags. Other than that it was a great stay.

Everything about the room and our stay was Excellent, including the breakfast options. Our only complaint was coming from the room above us, whoever was there seem to be running a relay race back-and-forth across the room lasted often on for nearly an hour. Was going to call down to the front desk, but the telephone was not connected and about that time the noise quit. Other than that very clean very convenient I would recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Upon arrival of the hotel room, we noticed a pungent smell and that the toilet had been used and not flushed prior to us arriving. The beds were very uncomfortable and the noise level was absurd.

I didnt like dirt and stains on bathroom floor, unremoveable dirt stains embedded on the edges of bathtub, area around fridge dirty and extremely worn. The looks of this room is a major downgrade from previous stays i had at Hampton hotels.

It was very relaxing very clean very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable the shower was clean. The only thing I was displeased with was the pool/hot tub there were constantly too many people in there and no type of rotation for other people to get in and enjoy it.
