We were promised a kitchen and the first room didn't have a fridge of any size, it also had evidence that the door had been kicked down and locks broken. When we complained we were eventually given a new room, the second room was missing a lock and had cockroaches, and no towels. We didn't stay and right after seeing the second room asked for our money back. At first they refused, saying it had been more than 15 minutes since they got our first key card ready for us, then after a fight gave us back our money. (We had paid in cash after waiting more than 10 minutes for their card reader to start working, part of the time they counted towards that 15 minutes.) Then they charged the card we had used to reserve the room for both nights we didn't stay.

NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION. DON'T DO IT... Room smelled like dog. Toilet didn't flush well. Roach crawling on the wall. Bathtub would not drain. No wash cloths. Pillow case on 1 pillow only. Be wise and just go somewhere else

This property is disgusting. They used pictures from a beautiful room. We left immediately. Filthy bathroom, wetness on floor, hair on toilet seat, toothpaste in the sink. The floors were filthy.

The room was absolutely the most disgusting room i've ever stayed in. Nothing had been cleaned. There were no TVs. It had a kitchen with no dishes or anything in it. Not even a garbage can. The beds were hard. The sheets were dirty. There was a huge stain on the pull out couch. It smelled terrible like cigarettes. The walls were dripping yellow. And had stains all over them. The dead bolt on the door was broken. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and checked out first thing the morning after 1 night.

I made the reservation online. This is possibly the worst hotel I've ever seen. Its more like transitional living for the chomos. I was shocked when I got to the room and there were blood stains on the sheets...the pillows looked like someone had just been sleeping there and don't get me started on the bathroom. They had the audacity to take a $50 deposit from me like I could do anything worse to that room than what I saw when I walked in. The carpet was filthy...I didn't even take my bags up there because it looked like a big ol bed bug. They should be ashamed of their self for putting that on a hotel booking site. Shame on you.

I hate to leave a review like this, everyone I encountered was pleasant. I even got to check in early, and they said they upgraded my room too…that’s where the pleasantries stop. We weren’t in the room too much at first, so we didn’t think anything of it. But at bed time my daughter noticed some uncleanliness in her bed. So I gave her mine and took that one. We even went so far as to purchase new pillows and I bought her a new throw blanket to sleep with. But while she was trying to take a nap the following day, I found cockroaches…then she found a bed bug. So I told her to pack her things and we were out of there. Unfortunately my trip visiting my daughter was cut short due to this. This place has seen better days, I wish the friendliness of the staff could overcome the horrible stay we had.
