Great location. Close to all the best restaurants. Across the street from the free Orange line so getting to the stockyards was fast and easy. The rooms were exceptionally clean with very pleasant staff.

Stay was fine, the front desk help was horrible. The attendant told me that my reservation was incomplete because the virtual card was declined, so she had me pay for my room. I checked my bank charges and she double charged me. My reservation was for a double queen, she gave me a king and said for me to pull out the couch. The couch bed was not comfortable! One of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel!

One Night Stay-Saturday
We stayed overnight to celebrate my husband’s birthday weekend. We checked in, then took a tour at the Trinity River Distillery before having dinner at Wicked Butcher across the street from hotel. The beds were comfortable, room was a little small but perfect for a short nights stay. My only complaint was the walls are pretty thin and there was a lot of noise from people talking and yelling around 1:30 am until almost 3 am. I called the front office and asked if they would check it out and it was pretty quiet after that. I would request to stay on a higher floor as you won’t have much street noise. Overall, this is a great hotel for a short getaway.
