An interesting stay!
For an atypical seven-night stay, the experience was generally good. - Urine smell in the bathroom upon arrival. - During the third night the A/C started leaking water, wetting suitcases and clothes. Upon request both problems (smell and leakage) were immediately solved. For compensation, the hotel washed and dried all affected items. Cons: No windows in hallways and breakfast room. Bath water unpleasantly salty. These are architectural issues for which the hotel administration has little control. Yet those considering a lengthy stay should keep them in mind. Breakfast quality for Brazilian standards is good. There's room for more variety. Pros: The staff is super kind and attentive. Excellent bed for as many nights of sleep as you book. The hotel is perfectly located half a block from the beach, with lots of options from a foot distance. On-site free parking service suited our needs.

Extremely tiny room and bathroom and swimming Not at all like their photos! Dirty commode One small piece of soap Sink only has cold water!! Shower Luke warm at best I called front desk no one speaks English! After 4 trips to the front desk my room was finally clean at 5pm! Not even one TV channel in English I will never stay there again

Everything needed for a short and functional stop
Staff were amazingly professional, patient and helpful with small enquirers, The rooftop terrace has really cool views although their is quite a bit of construction work in the vicinity. It's one of the nicer areas of Fortaleza which is generally underwhelming in itself. Breakfast is really extensive and should set you up for the whole day.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast. Very safe and secure with a guard controlling who entered and left. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Had some small problems with hot water in the shower and the WiFi was slow on our floor. Other floors were better. Close to the beach and night life. Very good overall.

a primeira impressão é a que fica.
cheguei do aeroporto às 3 horas da manha no hotel, com o quarto já alugado (onde o check-in é as 14h), sequer tinha quarto reservado para mim e minha esposa. Nos colocaram em um quarto horrível, que não era o que tínhamos reservado, o quarto não estava sequer pronto pra receber qualquer hospede. não tinha produtos de higiene no banheiro, a porta do mesmo não funcionava, a cama não tinha jogo de lençóis e o travesseiro sem nada, com aparência de velho e sujo, o quarto tinha cheiro de ambiente que estava um bom tempo fechado, que não tinha sido limpo. Reclamei logo na chegada de tudo isso, e o funcionário que estava na recepção disse que só esse quarto estava disponível. Ninguém, passado quase uma hora, foi ao quarto para arrumá-lo, tive que descer já quase 4 da manhã para reclamar, pois ninguém havia ido para o quarto arrumar, então solicitaram para alguém arrumar. No mesmo dia pela manhã, após reclamação para outro funcionário do hotel, pudemos mudar para um quarto condizente com a reserva que fizemos, apenas a sua localização é boa, em frente a praia. tivemos uma péssima primeira impressão.

Não recomendo, experiência péssima
Fomos comemorar o aniversário do meu namorado e chegando no quarto, o portal da porta DESCOLOU. Após isso, foi uma sequência de desastres. O ar condicionado não funcionava, o quarto pequeno parecia uma estufa. Quando ligávamos pra recepção, eles informavam que iam tomar providências (bem evasivos). Isso já era mais de 00h. Esperamos uns 30 minutos e um rapaz foi lá olhar o ar-condicionado, depois de alguns minutos olhando o controle, ele abriu a maquina e ficou mexendo. Não melhorou e ele indicou mudar de quarto, que prontamente solicitamos à recepção. 1h da manhã trocamos de quarto, depois de ligar algumas vezes. Já perto de 1:40 da manhã, ligamos novamente pra recepção porque o ar do segundo quarto TAMBÉM não gelava. Depois dessa ligação, não tivemos mais retorno, até uma pessoa ir no nosso quarto e tocar a campainha às 3 DA MANHÃ. Não abrimos, já estávamos tentando dormir com o ventilador do ar e exaustos. A única justificativa que davam era de que “o hotel estava com alta demanda”, “não esperávamos esse movimento hoje”. E eu com isso?! Não pagamos?! Lembrando que era pra ser uma comemoração de aniversário. Pra fechar com chave de ouro, fomos tomar o café da manhã incluído na reserva e só havia restos. O café vai até às 10h, é o que dizem, descemos às 9:20 e não havia quase nada, só comida mexida. Não havia sinal de reposição. Falei com o recepcionista durante o checkout e o que recebemos foi “imagino que deva ter sido ruim mesmo”. Não recomendo, passem longe.
