The staff is fine and the room was clean. The problem is that the room is tiny. The bed takes up almost the entire room and you can barely walk around the bed. The bathroom was also tiny. Overall the hotel is depressing. No smart TV so only Brazilian channels to watch. The breakfast wasn’t very good. I stayed one night and left. Could not imagine staying another night. Would not recommend.

An interesting stay!
For an atypical seven-night stay, the experience was generally good. - Urine smell in the bathroom upon arrival. - During the third night the A/C started leaking water, wetting suitcases and clothes. Upon request both problems (smell and leakage) were immediately solved. For compensation, the hotel washed and dried all affected items. Cons: No windows in hallways and breakfast room. Bath water unpleasantly salty. These are architectural issues for which the hotel administration has little control. Yet those considering a lengthy stay should keep them in mind. Breakfast quality for Brazilian standards is good. There's room for more variety. Pros: The staff is super kind and attentive. Excellent bed for as many nights of sleep as you book. The hotel is perfectly located half a block from the beach, with lots of options from a foot distance. On-site free parking service suited our needs.

Very convenient.
Very clean, good quality bed, free parking, friendly staff, and just a 80m walking to the beach sidewalk. Perfectly located. Will call this place again for sure

Extremely tiny room and bathroom and swimming Not at all like their photos! Dirty commode One small piece of soap Sink only has cold water!! Shower Luke warm at best I called front desk no one speaks English! After 4 trips to the front desk my room was finally clean at 5pm! Not even one TV channel in English I will never stay there again

Everything needed for a short and functional stop
Staff were amazingly professional, patient and helpful with small enquirers, The rooftop terrace has really cool views although their is quite a bit of construction work in the vicinity. It's one of the nicer areas of Fortaleza which is generally underwhelming in itself. Breakfast is really extensive and should set you up for the whole day.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast. Very safe and secure with a guard controlling who entered and left. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Had some small problems with hot water in the shower and the WiFi was slow on our floor. Other floors were better. Close to the beach and night life. Very good overall.

O hotel fica bem localizado, muito próximo da praia. Fomos muitos bem recebidos, o atendimento foi muito bom. Funcionários prestativos, simpáticos. O café da manhã estava bom, tinha várias opções, o único problema era a reposição que demorava um pouco. Nosso quarto era bacana. Tivemos um probleminha com a questão da limpeza no primeiro dia, apesar de termos ido para o quarto, a limpeza ainda nao tinha sido feita, isso foi um ponto negativo. Demorou um tempinho para ajeitarem tudo. A descarga do vaso tinha um problema, só no segundo dia é que descobrimos como "resolver". No geral, resolvendo essas questões, a estadia foi boa, aproveitamos nossos momentos.

Positivo: Localização maravilhosa, meia quadra da praia. Atendentes gentis. Hotel limpo. Negativo: Café da manhã: espaço insuficiente para quantidade de hóspede; Pouquíssimos funcionários, portanto, demora na reposição. O café da manhã não condiz com hotel 3 estrelas. Percebi uma desorganização, acho o hotel precisa de uma gerência mais moderna. Parece que as coisas não funcionam, porém, vi a boa vontade de todos os funcionário. Sugestão: Trocar a gerência; Colocar uma mesinha com Chá e Café na recepção.

A minha estadia no geral foi péssima. O café da manhã tinha poucas opções, das poucas que tinham não estavam com uma boa aparência e sabor ruim. Após a limpeza do quarto não deixavam toalhas e mesmo solicitando à recepção demorava horas para chegar.

Pior estadia da minha vida! Terror
Terrível. Estou traumatizada...reservamos um quarto triplo luxo. E nos colocaram num imundo! Não tinha box. Era um pano sujo, morfado e fedido. Que evitamos banho com nojo! Os poucos banho que tomamos foi com chuveiro fraquinho. Pois o banheiro ficava alagado! Tive ir a um salão lavar o cabelo. Pois não dava para lavar lá. Se não alagaria o quarto inteiro. Alem disso água salobra, escovava os dentes com agua mineral que compramos. O frigobar não funcionava. Bebemos agua quente. Cheiro de morfo horrível! Travesseiros, lençóis e toalha velhas e ercadidas. Logos que chegamos ja tinha confusão na recepção...pessoas decepcionadas querendo estorno e indo embora. Sinceramente foi o pior estadia da minha vida! Enrolação e falta de consideração. Nunca mais quero passar nem perto daquele hotel imundo. Acho que aquele hotel deceria ser banigo deste site. Todos os hospedes reclamando de algo. O café baderna total. Faltava xicara e leite. Demoram muito para reposição. Sair de lá com muita dor de cabeça. Humilhação e falta de respeito.
