I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. It is very close to the Beira Mar and beaches. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and resolved any problems immediately. It's not a five star hotel but it's an excellent value.

Tem potencial para melhorar.

Cheguei na madrugada e não conseguimos dormir devida a qualidade ruim dos clientes colchões no quarto. Avisados pela manhã, substituíram os dois colchões. Bom atendiamento. Não avisaram que há parte do restaurante em obras como m lona preta. O saguão tem cheiro de mofo quando desligar o ar. Área da piscina muito pequena e com aparência não muito boa. Na entrada dos quartos tem máquinas de ar que faz barulho para dentro. Localização razoável. Café da manhã sempre os mesmos alimentos. Atendimento cordial e bom. Estrutura merece melhora e sugiro ter uma sala para academia que não tem.

Muito boa. Bem e prontamente atendidos. Destaco tres pontos de melhoria. Programação do café comfirme a qunatidade de hospedes. O hotel estava cheio e todos os dias algum item terminou e demorou demais ser reposto. Ar condicionado. Equipamentos carentes de manutenção. Barulho, centrais nos corredores internos superaquecendo o ambiente e refrigerando pouco dentro dos quartos. Por fim a questão do estacionamento. Por nao ter essa opcao sugiro que tentem disponibilizar algum parceiro que possa guardar os carros, mesmo que com cobrança de diaria. Fortaleza não esta para brincadeira em relacao a moradores de rua e drogados em toda esquina.

Bem localizado com bom custo-benefício

Atendimento da equipe do Hotel é maravilhosa, com um agradecimento especial ao Mike que realizou nosso check-in e deu todas as dicas onde comer e como se deslocar. Café da manhã bom e sortido, as atendentes super simpáticas. O salão do café da manhã está um pouco apertado pois uma parte dele está em obras.
