The hotel is located near the Beira Mar in Fortaleza, safe area with plenty options of places to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean just the pool needed an extra attention.

"It was a robbery"
Like I said in the email I send a couple of days ago, it was a bad experience in the Villa Mayor. They charged me for an extra person and said the reservation was only for 3 people and 3 beds. This is not right because the email you send me stated that my room was for 4 people and 4 single beds and I showed them the paperwork, they didn't care.

Chegamos 3h30 da manhã e recebemos uma ficha para ser preenchida manualmente que não foi preciso devido ao checkin on-line antecipado de forma digital (fica a dica!). O checkout foi super rápido. Existe tampa no ralo da pia, ralo com peneira no box do banheiro, pequenos detalhes que evitam a presença de insetos. Paisagismo agradável e bem cuidado na área da piscina. Café da manhã bom com opções limitadas, possuem suco de laranja natural (só precisam arrumar a torneira do suco de laranja que sai devagar). Chuveiro muito bom. Amenities de banho poderiam ser melhores. Estacionamento limitado em frente ao hotel com poucas vagas. Limpeza diária do quarto.
