Being ignored at check in
When we arrived at the front desk there were no other guests in the lobby and the 3 ladies behind the counter were having a laughing conversation. We stood at the front desk with smiles waiting for a few long minutes for them to acknowlwedge us. When the young lady in front of us at the monitor finally acknowledged us, she slowly turned to us as if annoyed and just stared at us. I said politely, while standing there with our luggage, we'd like to check in please. She rudely stated, "Passports and credit card." Wow, that was ackward and rude.

Okay stay at the Hampton
The hotel is close to the airport and a couple of car rental places. The rooms are clean and have a pleasant bathroom. The main downside is the noise of the airconditioner/fan. It is extremely loud. we turned off the airconditioner which helped a bit but the fan is loud too. The positive is that you do not hear the airplanes. The bed is very firm/hard. That could be a positive or a negative depending on your liking. Bus shuttle is nice, but it was very busy in the morning and you might have to wait a bit. If you do not have an early fight you might want to consider a hotel a bit further away from the airport. The prices are much lower and they have more character.
