At check in we waited around an hr for the room to be ready to open a door of a totally messed up room and end up getting a different one. The place needs major renovations, filthy carpets , rooms and bathrooms need paint. Fridge in the room doesn’t work, no A/C, barely any ventilation as the windows barely open. Elevator is old and has a limited operation (scary)

Convenient location by bus from the bus, train, and airport. Good neighborhood. Close to grocery store and other shopping. Nice, modern room with everything one needed. A little warm with no AC but not too uncomfortable. Excellent value.

Shocking sleep.
I arrived early by taxi as I could not get an answer from the hotel to collect me from the airport and was then met by an abrubt receptionist telling me so, she was also glad to inform me that there was no bar in the hotel and there was no restaurant for anything to eat. She did however say that I could hang out in the lobby for a couple of hours until my room was ready. I went to the hotel next door where I managed to relax with something to eat and drink. The weather was quite hot and the room did not have any form of air conditioning, I had to keep my window opened just for the breeze, but due to people sitting directly below at reception door talking, drinking and laughing until 04:30 I did not get much sleep…

No one at service desk for awhile even after calling. Front area appears very old and dingy. Not sure how fish survive in the black/green water. Fridge yellow.

Don't offer Airport Shuttle - It's a taxi service.
It's a OK hotel if you want to stay for 1 day or so. What is not fair is the so called "transfer to airport". There is not such thing as they ask you to call a local taxi and it will cost you 18 Euros. please note that taking uber to the hotel might be even cheaper. I took the so called "airport Shuttle" back to the airport. They only accept cash and if you ask for a receipt they charge you 20% more (taxes). Please avoid this.

Nice, comfortable stay!
The hotel lobby/lounge area has some interesting decor. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The purple/blue lighting in the room and bathroom was a nice touch, very cool. Did not have breakfast here but I heard it was inexpensive. They do offer airport shuttle but that costs 20 euros, so you're probably better off with an uber. I love that the room came with 2 free bottles of water and a kettle! Great experience!

Perfect for an early flight as the hotel is 15 min. from Frankfurt airport. Shuttle service on time and courteous. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good value and good location
The hotel seems to be perpetually improving and I notice new carpet and wall paper from 2 years ago. The twin beds in our room were in sad shape though with the sides obviously crushed and pushed out. The bed didn't have much give and should be replaced but we slept ok. All in all we have stayed three times and will likely stay again it is a good place and handy to the airport. I'd recommend the hotel.
