Quiet, free airport shuttle from Terminal 1. Wait at Door 5. Every half hour except between 2-4pm no bus.. Look for Holiday Inn printed on bus. Take Uber to airport €15 or €6 per pax on the bus

The pullout sofa bed was horrible! The springs were too loose and the mattress was too soft/not firm. The hotel should invest in a better sofa bed! The room and other amenities were as expected for a Hampton Inn (by Hilton)

Ours wa a overnight stay to catch an outgoing plane the next morning. Great place to spend a night. The only drawback was a 5:00 a.m. fire alarm that everyone had to evacuate. Sounds like someone decided to smoke in their room.

Overnight layover
Great for an overnight layover in Frankfurt. Shuttle bus was great. Room was pretty standard but in very good condition. Breakfast was excellent.

Advertise transportation from airport but was told they were on break from 1400-1600 so wait, walk, or pay for a taxi. We walked 15 minutes to hotel. We weren't acknowledged when we stood at reception. When we asked about transportation back to airport we were told they didn't offer that for free and it would be 6 euro per person. No water in room but could purchase a small bottle for 4.50 euro. Overall, not a great service experience.

Eh it’s not bad for one night
Pretty good but not close to the airports it’s a good 1 mile walk, it’s easy but the shuttle does not run from 12-4pm daily. Plus it’s 5 euro per person, so it was recommended to just take an Uber by the hotel staff? Which was odd to offer that service but not actually have good accommodations for it. The room was clean the AC did not work though. Comfortable beds. The restaurant inside the hotel is a very small dinner menu, like just had pizza? There is a nearby grocery store, but we ended up getting Uber eats, so I wouldn’t depend on a dinner/lunch service here. The free breakfast buffet was pretty nice though! Great options for breakfast. The area is also quite noisy because it is near the airport so lots of planes and cars can be heard from the room. It was fine for 1 night
