Parking is not clear
Be advised that there is no signage as to where to park your car if you arrive with a rental car. I had to park 2 blocks away, walk into reception to find out where to park my car. There is an underground garage at another building that you are allowed to use, but there is no signage to indicate that, and no other parking except for a few spots far away.

The AC was not working and it was 27C in our room so could not sleep at all. At checkout the reception staff didn’t even bother asking how was the stay. Once I told regardless the answer was just a smirky face and an explanation “yes the AC did not work”. No apologies, no reimbursement offer, no nothing. I guess gold membership does not mean anyone would care about you. Never will use this hotel again.

A great airport hotel! Has everything you need but it is far from the city center and there are limited dining options nearby and no restaurant/bar in the hotel. They have a little spot you can order drinks but other than that the place is typical. Very nice rooms and a wonderful breakfast! The airport shuttle is also very easy to use and convenient!

Not sure how people rate this hotel so highly. For me the place is functional, it’s modern and functional, nothing special, a bit bland and soulless. The reception was friendly enough, bar staff quite blunt and unfriendly, no much food options and the rooms modern clean and basic. Breakfast very decent though.
