It was quite for right near the airport. About 17E from hotel to airport with a van uber. Saff are some nice and other's don't like tge fact i don't speak German. I always try use the basics if i go to a country i don't speak the language. As i think its rude not to. But they didn't seem to like the fact i tried. Maybe its just the way tgey come across. But i am a happy person and always say hi how are you. This was not a great way to be in Germany. Overall 4 stars tge breakfast included was great. Rooms are clean apart from showers which have a little mold build up.

We were sent an email from the hotel with shuttle location and hours. We wait for the shuttle for 30 minutes and decide to call the hotel to see what’s going on. They said they had stopped the shuttle service and were not going to help us get to the hotel after waiting for 30 minutes following the directions the HOTEL sent to us. When I went to check in, multiple other people were complaining about getting an email and waiting for a nonexistent shuttle. They were very unapologetic. I patiently checked in and then asked if there was a manager I could speak to. She laughed at me, pointed at the man pouring beers and said “that’s the closest thing we have to a manager” and I asked to talk to him. She never went and told him I wanted to talk. I stood there for 10 minutes, heard 2 other customers complaining and the employees shrug the situation off, and decided it wasn’t worth my time to talk to them because it wasn’t worth their time to listen. I would have never chosen this hotel if I knew there was no shuttle service and I would have to spend 30 euros on transportation or walk 15 minutes in the snow.

Very good breakfast! Staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooms were small but complete. The bar stayed open since we arrived late. The shuttle is not too convenient - only comes to the holiday inn next door, and doesn’t run frequently enough so we used uber.

Conveniently located to the airport. Shuttle service available for a 6 euro/person fee but you have to walk around the corner to the Holiday Inn for pick up. If you have a larger group (3 person or more) taxis are available in front of the hotel and it runs about 20 euro for a trip to the airport. Desk staff are very pleasant and helpful.

This property is not what we were expecting. We received towel which has lots of hair , which clearly seems it was not washed before giving to us. Also the breakfast is very limited. In this price we had very good experience in other similar hotels.

The location is super convenient, just minutes from the airport. The room was very comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing night. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay

The room is very small, we ask for two queen beds but they were double beds. But overall was a nice room it was clean, but the cleaner left a pair of dirty socks behind the curtain lol I took them to the reception desk. But otherwise no other issues things happens we are not perfect. Great hotel and the price is decent for the stay!
