In our arrival the multilingual receptionist was very friendly and offered us right away cold water on an exceptional hot summer day ! The hotel stands out for its central location in walking distance to train station, shopping and outstanding restaurants. The property is very clean, tastefully furnished and offers a superb breakfast buffet for an additional 16 E / p.p. Parking is offered for 10 E in the overnight parking garage nearby. It’s only a 15-20 minutes ride from the airport and great to relax and walk the historic part of town. We definitely would recommend this hotel and return on our next visit to beautiful Bad Soden.

It is a modern very cosy hotel, clean, quiet and very well located. The only thing is that check-in was not possible until 15:00. There is no way logistically that not a single room is ready by noon (the time I arrive) and that, magically, at 15:00 hours all of a sudden all rooms are ready. They did accomodate my baggage though and were very friendly about keeping it, but they could have saved themselves some work and money by just giving me one of the already ready rooms.

The superior room is spacious and very clean. There was a nespresso machine, complimentary sparkling water and sweets which my young daughter was delighted with. Beds were extremely comfortable. Reception staff very helpful.

feeled comfortable like an old-friend's house.
Arrived late due to airline delayed, but host was pleasantly welcomed my group. My room was not that much big as expected but cozy and well-maintained. Had a lovely small terrace also. Recommended :)

Good but awkward
The attendant at the reception was, shall we say, strict, everything she'd say was in an unnecessary assertive tone, felt like I was back been a pupil in elementary school. Hotel room was clean, with modern furniture, you could notice I has been recently renovated, the bathroom however was left behind in the renovation, it simply didn't match the room era, nothing too bad though.

Adequate but a bit fiddly
Adequate hotel newly refurbished. Lota of good aesthetics but short on guest ergonomics. Very Germanic huge pillows and nartow duvets. Bath tub with over tubs shower in an awkward postion making it treacherous to turn. Expensive parking €8 per night and breakfast €12.50 per person

This hotel is superb. It has just been refurbished and the quality of the rooms and amenities are second to none. The hotel is a 20 min ride from the airport and very close to the train Station. The little town is charming and full of restaurants. We will definitely stay at here again

Perfect place to stay
Perfect service as always. Reception lady is very welcoming and even when checking out early there is never a problem. Great location for restaurants and bars but not noisy. Great steak restaurant next to the zoo!! Will return again soon
