The biggest let down of this hotel was the unavailability of a kettle in the room. The guest need to carry hot water themselves from the cafe at ground level. Location is a little far from city center. Staff are overall pleasant and accommodating to request, even the staff at the cafe are stunned that the guests are not provided a kettle. I worry for the guests coming in during winter season.. The DM store and supermarket downstairs are plus points for this hotel though

The room temperature was too low for September. You could not set a temperature higher than 24 degrees and even with the ventilation off, there was cold air. At 24 degrees there was cold air conditioning, especially in the early morning and in the evening. Staff changed my room at my request very kindly, but the problem remained . Great hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. Personally, I did not enjoy Frankfurt but I did enjoy staying at this hotel and will do so again if I am ever in Frankfurt again.
