Property is, o-tone receptionist, surrounded by highways and construction sides close to Airport. Very noisy. If you don't like their restaurant you need to walk for 45 minutes to a shopping mall with good food.

The Hotel was clean but there was hardly any toilet paper in our room or a second room I booked for my mom, and the third room only had 1 towel for 2 people and one single comforter for a queen sized bed and for 2 people.

Great location for easy access to the airport
Convenient and close to the airport with a restaurant and a Ju-52 themed bar. A short 10 minute walk from the hotel is the 1948-49 Frankfurt Berlin airbridge historical park, complete with a couple of the planes involved in the airlift. Next to it is a purpose built viewing area where you can watch the flights arriving and departing from the airport. The hotel has a payable shuttle bus to the airport, however, you can also take the frequent public service bus that stop in front of the hotel.

Lovely front desk staff made check in a breeze. Location is near the airport for quick departures but not so close as to be noisy. Not much directly around the property but thats no problem because the restaurant & bar on site had good options for a meal and drinks. Rooms were clean and the bed was cozy. Would def stay here again!

Excellent overnight stay at Frankfurt airport
Excellent airport stay but have to pay 10 euro per person for bus and we were 4 people. Uber cost us 15 euro and Bolt was only 6 euro next day. Uber cannot pick up but only drop off. Fridge in rooms and clean rooms and tea and coffee. Family room was big with connecting entry way joined two separate hotel rooms.

Our family spend the night before heading to the airport. The hotels location was wonderful and quiet. Although we didn't take advantage of the breakfast or lounge amenities, we were comfortable.

Shutting down the air conditioning system
Although they say they have air conditioning, they don't say that both the A/C and ventilation are cut off by the central system during the night, between midnight and 7am. According to the staff, this is company policy for this particular hotel. They are not concerned about the comfort of their guests!
