The location of this hotel is perfect if you have business at Messe Frankfurt. It's very close walking distance to the show halls. Also, it's somewhat residential and quiet, plus there are several good restaurants nearby. The hotel provides an excellent buffet breakfast as well. The only drawback was the minimal towels provided and lack of facecloths - I had to go out to buy some. I would stay there again.

no heating...
first off they couldn't find my reservation - although it eventually did materialize. then my room didn't have a working heating and they wouldn't give me another room - instead I got a little portable heater. also the water in the shower was only lukewarm in the morning which made for a cold experience overall

Everything else was great except WiFi in room.
WiFi in room was not ready during our first day of stay. Had to WiFi in the lobby. Fortunately it was the only drawback. Everything else was great.

Spacious and clean room with a queen size bed. Bathroom spacious and clean as well. Onsite restaurant excellent. Breakfast included and was excellent with an extensive spread of food both cold and hot. Dinner in the restaurant excellent as well.

A good stay in a good hotel in a very good and quiet location. I have stayed here before and this time I find that the hotel has actually improved. A/C is good and quiet, room amenities are sufficient. From my experience with European hotels, I would rate this one as EXCELLENT.

The Savigny Hotel used to be one of the best and one of the few hotels surrounding the Messe Frankfurt. In the last four years, the area developed a lot with new hotels, restaurants, and a shopping mall. The Savigny kept the standards; however is a dated hotel which is showing the age on the furniture and the overall décor. Emphasizing, the hotel kept its standard, offering a good service, nice breakfast and it is surrounded by several Italian restaurants and a stone through from the main train station.
