It was very clean and neat. Area was close to the city, Hobart, and walks to dining areas were close. Property was large and spacious.

Great for families. Amazing train park/playground with giant slide just blocks away. Paesano's Italian close, great pizza. Newsagency also had great options for quick meals. We were there right before Christmas and delightfully surprised at a HUGE light display on a house walking distance away- the whole neighborhood came out to see it!! So fun! Walkable to the pier, ferries, museums, botanical gardens, TMAG. Great views. Oh! and check out Rivulette River Walk nearby to see resident platypus family, too!

I loved the area, the views and everything was so close and accessible, and staff were helpful and everyone was friendly, great place,people, and food was fantastic, looking forward to staying there again.

Kingston is about 10km from Hobart, however the hotel is just off the highway so it’s about 15mins drive to Hobart city. There’s supermarkets and restaurants on the other side of the road so very convenient. There’s also a beach in the area. The room is spacious with all amenities like kettle and cups with plates to make tea and full toiletries in the bathroom. Car parking is available and lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a true gem. It’s a lovely restored building with a garden in a great location. Our ground floor room with updated private bath was so comfortable, quiet and convenient. The continental breakfast was more than expected with lots of fresh fruit available. The only negative was finding it - the street is a bit busy and the driveway hard to see the first time. Once we knew where it was, no problem! We would definitely stay here again.
