We stayed during a brief ski trip to Winter Park. The property was exactly as described, and the furnishings were quite nice. We would definitely stay there again!

Good ski trip with family
Pros: ski bus stop to Winter Park Resort right outside condo, layout of condo great for many people, heated garage was wonderful, everything you could want in kitchen, great tv apps & cable & wifi, hot hot water was great!! Keurig and Alexa were nice to use also. Cons: the beds were all very hard, we were not able to take out trash bc of holiday dumpster overflow-no trash picked up, we felt hot tub was too far a walk for the cold cold temps from condo to hot tub so we didn’t use.

Nice place, good value
Nice, clean, all the amenities. Having the garage was nice. Only downside was the upstairs got warm and if memory serves me right, you couldn't control the thermostat.

Not what we had hoped.
The location and layout for this condo were fine. We did not have a good experience with the rental agency nor many of the features of the condo and condo complex. Examples: I did not receive a final email with check in/lock box instructions and easy directions. We had to call the rental agency to get these. Apparently the water main had broken that week so the hot tub was not working. While this was not the fault of the rental agency, they were not helpful at all but instead just said that "the hot tub should be warm by tomorrow as it slowly heats up". It never heated up and they did not try to fix the situation. One of the main reasons I booked this condo was for the use of the hot tub. The coffee pot did not work. The keys were not in the lockbox when we arrived so we had to figure that out. Lots of little touches were lacking: no Kleenex in the bathrooms; no soap in the bathrooms, only one dish towel in the kitchen. I would not stay here again.
