We absolutely loved our stay in Fraser during the week of Christmas! The condo is exactly as shown in the photos and the location is perfect being between Winter Park and Fraser/Tabernash for dinners, groceries and anything else you may want/need.The open views from the main room and the general layout of the condo made it very warm and inviting the minute we walked in. The entire condo had everything needed to support our 5 night stay with many of our breakfast/dinners cooked from scratch using the supplied and organized kitchen. Thank you for sharing you condo and I know we will be back again this later year for some hiking and fishing!

the property is great. One drawback is too close to train track. The horn is loud at night

This property is in a great location, a few miles from Winter Park. Hiking trails and tubing are very close and the Mountain Views from the living room are great! I did wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit but overall, it is a great place to stay if you don’t mind a little driving around town. I would not recommend the ski shuttle, as you have to lug equipment up and down a hill in front of the unit and about a block to the stop.

Beautiful area and house. Safe area. We had everything we needed and had a great experience!
