STR# 002592 Welcome to our cozy alpine haven. Perfectly positioned along The Lift shuttle route to Winter Park Resort. Step inside and feel at home in our inviting townhome. The main floor features an open concept living space. You will find the primary bedroom on the main floor, offering you a comfortable and private retreat. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, providing plenty of space and flexibility for your group.
Sleeping arrangements are designed with your comfort in mind. The main floor king suite is a cozy haven, while downstairs, the bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunks with an attached bathroom, and the third bedroom boasts a queen bed and its own bathroom.
One of our favorite features is the private hot tub. After a day of adventure, it's the perfect place to unwind and take in the stunning scenery of the Lakota Neighborhood. On the deck, you'll find a gas grill and an outdoor dining table—ideal for outdoor gatherings and al fresco dining with your loved ones.
You'll also enjoy the convenience of a private full-sized washer and dryer, along with a well-appointed kitchen that's ready for your culinary creations. For added convenience, there's a half bath off the dining room on the main floor.
While our garage isn't accessible to guests, there's plenty of space to make yourself at home and enjoy all the comforts we have to offer. We're excited to share our mountain retreat with you.

Winter Park Spring Break
Good experience. Having washer and dryer was nice and same with the hot tub. Driveway and pathway cleared so it was easy to get to the front door. Cookware was in good condition as well. My only complaint would be the front door was very sticky and hard to open. We never tried the shuttle bus to the ski resort, just drove to the parking garage daily, so I can’t comment on that experience. Would rent from again.

Great location and customer service, not a great property
We have had long-term rentals in Rendezvous for years. The location is perfect -- we XC ski on the Rendezvous/Idlewild trails most every day, and get to the hill a few times a week as well. We love the neighborhood. This property was, however, the least comfortable we've experienced. It has an odd smell. The cupboards are dirty and some are smelly. There are ages-old supplies in them (e.g., rancid cooking oil). Most storage areas are locked and unavailable (pantry, coat closet, garage, master closet). Cupboard space is full. We were there for 2+ weeks and had our non-refrigerated food on the bookshelves in the dining area. The basement has no lighting in the family room, and little furniture. The carpets are dirty and need stretching. The dining table has a plastic tablecloth on it. Upsides: LOCATION (just a few feet from the Meadows trail, literally ski out the door), the hot tub was clean and lovely, the master bed was very comfortable, and the linens were nice as well as clean. Basement sleeping areas are nice. Sky Run was very responsive when we had trouble with the TV -- sent a kind repair person almost right away.

A high quality stay for a ski weekend
We had 2 families together (7 total) and were very comfortable. Nice hot tub and good quality furnishings and plenty of room for all. Owners / managers were very responsive and accommodating to requests. Quick access to ski bus was awesome. Some improvements which will help... Some more kitchen appliances - we missed having a toaster and kettle in the mornings Antenna for TV. Netflix was fine for the kids but would have been nice to get OTA tv channels also for sports Access to a little more storage in the house for stuff and / or ski gear. We had a great stay and would recommend and hoping the suggestions will help improve future stays.

Beautiful home near the slopes
We enjoyed staying at this property for a long weekend in December 2018. The location is very close to Winter Park, but also in the fun town of Fraser which has a lot of amenities. You can drive (less than 10 minutes) to the slopes, or take a shuttle. The townhome is clean and well-kept. The layout makes it feel roomy even for a group of 8. The kitchen appliances are top notch and the kitchen is well-stocked with quality pots & pans and even condiments. We cooked in each night, and even used the gas grill one night. The private hot tub is easy to use and a big plus - perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. There's space for 2 large SUVs in the driveway. Definitely a great property!
