Would not stay here again not even as an emergency stay. Room a/c did not work at all! Building needs an extreme update inside and out.

The room carpet was dirty you could literally smell it , housekeepers made no effort to cover the smell , pillows are small like airplane pillows. Front desk ladies need a better attitude. Air conditioner kept me up throughout the night it was really loud . Shower heads need to be changed and bed quilt was so old it wasn't even puffy anymore it was like a soft rug.

No check in until 3 PM after waiting at an empty desk for 10 minutes. Came back at 5 and was told to step aside for someone else that came out of nowhere. Took 20 minute for them to check in, then 20 more for me in miserable heat and no AC. Takes 6 pieces of paper and another $8 gouge for "local tax" even though already paid a LOT of fees and taxes. Tiny ants in the room. Lousy restaurant. Stay away!
