Though we asked for a pet friendly room, the smell of urine was overwhelming, carpets were stained and felt sticky with our shoes on! Carpet Shampooing needed for sure! The pillow cases had short pubic like hairs, make up stains like they were not changed (I notified the guy on night shift about deodorizing the room, and bedding, whom said to me “there is nothing I can do at the moment) the tv/remote didn’t work, the shower leaked upwards to the ceiling then dropped downwards. We requested bedding to be changed, asked for batteries for the tv remote and shower to be tightened around 9am the next morning. We slept on towels the night before because we were tired from the drive.
We left around 9:30am. We came back to the room after 4pm to find that nothing was done!! I called the front desk to let them know that no one came to at least remake the beds. Before I could finish my statement, the woman cut me off by saying “Oh ok but the maid staff went home for the day. I had to get upset and voice tress before they offered to change our room. Besides that, they had construction going on that no one mentioned before booking. We were awoken by construction noise in the early morning.
I wanted to like this place. But I didn’t.
Customer service was really bad here! I would NOT stay here a second time.
