I liked the fact that they had a shuttle to/from the airport. A very nice little cafe with very good food. Nice staff, very helpful. The only thing I had an issue with is I had to keep going to the front desk because my key wouldn’t work, didn’t realize it until I had walked all the way to my room in the back, on the second floor. My stay at the Piccadilly was great! The front counter staff were very friendly, pleasant and professional! The room was great! However, the dining was way below standards! I lived in Fresno for many years and moved away in 2009. My wife and used to love to go to the Steak and Anchor on many, occassions and greatly enjoyed their food quality and superb service. I went to the dining room, but it was closed and I then went to the bar for dinner. I ordered a soda water and a New York steak. The soda water came very quick! Unfortunately, 22 minutes later, my steak did not arrive and I told the bartender that I wanted to cancell my dinner and pay for the soda water. I thionk the saddest part of this experience is that she acted as if she really did not care! You get a complimentary breakfast voucher if you book through the hotel. If you book through Expedia you won’t get it. In the room the carpets were stained and both sinks were dripping to where I had to turn on white noise from my phone in order to drown out the dripping sound to sleep. There is another Picadilly in Fresno that I had the pleasure of staying at. They’re not affiliated and the other is so much better and with them you will get a free breakfast.
