It has old style large rooms with high ceilings giving the impression of spaciousness. Our room was impeccably clean. The carpet was nice, the bed comfortable. The shower was the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. All in all a great experience. We would go there in a heartbeat if we ever were to be in the area.

Good for what it is.
This is my third stay at Piccadilly Inn Airport. Overall, I would say, from an A - F scale, this is a B accommodation. It's relative decent for the price and location. It is still a fairly older hotel but it could use a bit of revamp especially to the rooms and bathroom. It is dated and sometimes the TVs do not work. Because I booked through Hotels.com, breakfast is not included which in the future will probably deter me from booking again.

The Suite says it sleeps 3 - but there is no pull out sofa. You have to request a roll away… they did however changed our room to a double when requested

Staff were rude and not helpful. My key card was deactivated right after I would use it once. I had to leave my stuff outside to run around the whole building to have them reactivate my card; MULTIPLE times. I left for the day and I expected house keeping to take my trash out and replace towels at least and they never came. When I called the front desk asking for house keeping they were rude and said I had to ask for it earlier. I wasn’t aware that I needed to ask and they made it seem like I should have known. No one mentioned it and they said it was on my key card but the only thing written on my key card was “welcome.” So irritating and unprofessional

Piccadilly withdrew funds and sold our reservation to someone else. The attempted to send us to a Ramada Inn another 15 mins away after driving 20 mins to get to Picadilly. BUYER BEWARE: YOUR ROOM CAN BE SOLD OUT FROM UNDER YOU. I did not know a hotel would do that…..

The people at the restaurant are amazing so kind and the food was fantastic but the complain I have was the front desk. after we checked in, everything was great then we went to go have dinner and then coming back to the front desk to ask for some pillows and blankets for my children because there was none in the room. The young lady that helped us was quite rude actually and was unwilling to help us. It was like she went out of her way just to give us two pillows. this was the first and last time I will be coming here.

It was within 10min drive to airport.we had an early morning flight so was really easy to get up,return the rental car and catch our flight home. Beds were comfy,room was clean...being so close to the airport did me you heard the planes but over all a great place.staff were fabulous
