Horrible, I didn’t even stay here once I saw the conditions. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere in the room as well as no lights worked. Hotel is not called Fresno Inn it has a different name and homeless people live there and all over the hotel. I asked for a refund and it was not given to me either and I didn’t even stay at the hotel.

I wish I had taken pictures. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and the condition was unlivable. I had to ask for a refund and find other accommodations. The window had a huge hole in it. There were CoCKROACHES everywhere, the pool was green, staff was seedy, I witnessed multiple illegal activities on the way to my room. Dangerous and very very dirty. Absolutely unacceptable.

WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!! If you value your safety and your health, this is not the place for you. I cannot believe that this place is allowed to be in business. The rooms are beyond filthy and in desperate need of repairs. The staff working that night could not find a room for my stay and told me I could get a refund. So I’m the middle of the night I had to find another place to stay. Contacted Expedia for a refund and they said they are not able to get this sorry excuse for a motel to give the green light for the refund. They are scammers! They get to keep my money for giving me grief and causing huge inconvenience. I had to borrow money to pay for another place to stay! Expedia and all the other platforms got to be ashamed for allowing this place to be an option! Disgusting! I also have a video of the room, there was a filthy rag on the floor by the door and hair that looked like it was plucked from the drain and smeared on the floor. Walls look like they had been urinated in and never cleaned, dirty bedsheets, and I don’t know how anyone would use the bathroom or take a shower on the filthy bathtub. Even the staff working that night said it wasn’t safe. Then they tried to move to another room that had no electricity, the third room had no AC and smelled like the walls were oozing cigarette and other unimaginable disgusting rotten and sweaty pigsty! Please save yourselves the grief!

We didn't even end up staying here due to walking into a dirty room full of roaches. When we went to ask for a refund he told us he would just go clean the room. We told him no, we aren't staying and need a refund and he refused. He said we had to call expedia even though we paid at the counter.

We booked this room for our guys who were going to be working in the area. They left the room after being there for 5 minutes. There were roaches all over the room, the room smelt, and there was paint peeling off the walls. Since then the management has been giving me the run around when reaching out in regard to getting a refund.

So I chose this hotel based off it's pictures and reviews it displayed through the app with that being said, it was completely misleading and straight out lie the room was completely different than what I chose not to mention completely destroyed.
