Room 439 needs some attention. All was fine except in the bathroom. The tub definitely needs refinishing. I almost didn't want to get in it and certainly would never have considered sitting in the tub. Also, couldn't get a good temperature on the shower, either way too hot or too cold - that middle did not exist! Husband had same problem.

Bathrooms were deplorable, i paid $200, for a dirty bathroom and disgusting carpet. I was not happy. If I am paying that kind of money, you better keep it clean!

This property was very gross. There was dog poop in the middle of the hallway. The shower had so much water come out on the floor drain smelled very foul. No bar soaps in the restroom. When calling the front they said they could not do much cause they were the only one there.

I loved this hotel. Deborah, who checked us in was wonderful. I was very happy when it was also her who checked me out. She is professionally warm. The room was tastefully decorated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Everyone was professional and I will certainly stay here again. Thanks for a great stay and thank you to Deborah for being welcoming and kind.

Since the inclusion of a more dog friendly and welcoming service that hotels provide. (This hotel heavily included.) Our sleep was entirely dependent on the dogs that other guest around us had. Late into the night and very early in the morning we almost continuously heard dogs barking. We could hear them both in the rooms and in the halls outside our door. There was also a very aggressive dog in the elevator that the owners seemed to have a very hard time controlling. I realize that i am in the minority but the inclusion of a non-pet friendly floor would be a very welcome option.
