Bel Appartement
Le logement est tres propre et bien entretenue. Le propriétaire est très disponnible et réactif (d'ailleurs il vit dans l'immeuble). Petite attention dans le frigo pour nous rafraîchir à nôtre arrivee très appréciable, ainsi que des petits bonbons pour les enfants. Globalement très satisfaite. Mais certaines choses m'ont dérangé. Cela reste indépendant à la location mais fait parti de l'environnement. Les habitants de l'immeuble que j'ai pu croiser n'étaient pas très agréable (je précise que je suis voilée) . Pas de "bonjour", regard de travers...même la femme de ménage à été très désagréable lorsque que je suis passée car elle etait entrain de laver le sol. Elle n'a pas répondu à mes salutations et a montré que je l embêté. Je m'excuse en lui demandant si je pouvais passer et me repond que c est mouillé lol donc moi je ravale mon sourrire et lui explique qu'il fallait bien que je sorte que je n'allais pas attendre que ça sèche. À mon retour elle n'avait pas fini mais la je vois des personnes (Espagnole) passer et eux ont eu le droit au bonjour et au grand sourrire mais surtout elle leur a dit allez y passer lol. Il y a une place de parking ce qui est très bien car pas de place ou se garer à l'extérieur. Un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble ouvert jusqu'à 22h. Nous avons passé peu de temps dans l'appartement car nous rentrions que pour nous doucher et dormir. Je trouve dommages qu'il manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner. J ai voulu faire des pâtes mais la faitout permet de faire maximum 300g et il n y avait pas de passoire. C est plus du dépannage je dirais. Il a du vis à vis, un immeuble juste en face donc fermeture de rideaux obligatoire et stores baissés en permanence sur la terrasse ce qui rend l'appartement sombre en permanence. Globalement je suis satisfaite même si j'ai pu relever quelques points négatifs. La plage est à moins de 10min à pied. Il y a l'embarras du choix des restaurants le long de la plage et au centre (Tout peut etre fait à pied). Merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Fantastisk vært. Flot lejlighed. Great apartment. Great host
Very good value for money. Spotless clean. Great host Lots of space in the apartment. Nice and newly decorated interior. Good location in the middle of the town and close to the beach. A quieter and safe neighborhood. There is a large well keeped marble entrance hall and the lift takes you direkt to parking space. Could not be more thrilled with our holidayhome experience.

Hemos pasado 2 días magníficos en Fuengirola. El apartamento es una pasada; está todo nuevo y los anfitriones hacen que te sientas como en casa. Nos recibieron con agua y cerveza en el frigorífico, café e infusiones, champú y gel en el baño... El apartamento está muy bien situado, zona céntrica y a la vez tranquila, pudiendo ir a todos sitios andando. La playa queda a poco más de 5 minutos a pie. Se adaptaron a nuestros horarios para el check-in y check-out, que es de agradecer. Tendremos en cuenta este alojamiento para cuando volvamos por la zona.
