We arrived around 1pm, tired because it’s our last leg of 2 weeks holiday. Was told not allowed to check in until 3pm. After arriving to our room I noticed the pillows cases are half stained, the bed doesn’t look clean. Didn’t think much until the next morning, my partner who slept inner side of the bed , 30% of his body were cover in rashes and bites.
I brought this issue to hotel.com the man was very helpful and put us to the hotel manager. They thought my partner have allergies from food. At the end they changed room for us.
It’s bad luck this happens to us.
Lesson to learn, if bed sheets and pillows not clean , should ask them to change immediately.
But on the other side, hotel management should also take responsibility about this issue. Hopefully it won’t happen again
