We booked the deluxe twin room and it is very small. Basically no space between the two single beds. Hot bath does not have towel and need to bring the room towel. Not really offering 4-star service and the price is the highest for this trip so far - we have been to Kyoto, Kobe and Kagoshima.

Poor housekeeping. poor customer service at the front desk. Its self-checkin kiosk is very inefficient and user unfriendly. Amenities are available for self-collection instead of being provided in the room. Very disappointing. Never again. これが今の日本のホテルの標準サービスかと思うと非常に恥ずかしい。

There is another Mitsui Garden Hotel so you may end up in the wrong Mitsui Garden Hotel in Fuokoka. Best value hotel near train station, shopping centre and places to visit. Good alternative for less pricer option.

Excellent service by friendly staffs
Excellent service by kind, friendly and beautiful staffs! They take the time to help on my request for luggages transfer to airport and always keep their professional smile! Satisfied with everything except that coin laundry area needs improvement. Unfortunately with only 3 combo coin laundry machines on sites, many of these selfish hotel guest still occupied the machine by not picking up their clothings until hours after it was done
