Very convenient. Free dessert and coffee coupons received. Despite the fact they had numerous selections of pastries on display, they refused to let us choose! They gave us what had the most inventory. Ridiculous 😩 The breakfast buffet was an awful experience with so many tourists rushing to catch their next bus. The food was equally disappointing so we will not return

there was a drainage problem of the sink in the room, but the staff did not discover and solve the problem before the check in. The problem was being solved after we have informed the front desk. Furthermore, the foreign staff of the front desk was impolite during the check in process and it was an unpleasant experience for visitors as they are engaged in the hospitality industry and should have offered better quality of services. But the location of the hotel is good, just 1min walk from the JR Hakata station. There are lots of restaurant and shopping areas around the hotel.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was pleasant. Nobody can argue that the proximity to JR Kyushu's Shinkansen and local train lines, local buses, and subways are a demerit. The amount of food options are immeasurable, and there's so much to choose from. My have two gripes with the property: Only 2 of the 3 elevators were operational during my experience (maybe the third elevator was reserved for other guests, but I never saw it operational). The limited of amount of 3 washer/dryer units to be shared amongst 11 floors of guest is truly not enough, much less the only coin-operated washer/dryer unit being the only one available, and the other two washers and dryers experimental non-detergent-taking machines. I watched a couple use the coin-powered washer/dryer after I had finished using it, only for the washer to take their money and freeze. There was nothing anyone could do at 11 PM.

The room charge was a little high for what you get. The buffet was unorganized and lacked staffing for amount of customers. Location and service were a plus. Overall 3.5 rating.
