The hotel was nice and clean and in a convenient area. The public bath was also nice. My only small complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom was too dim. I generally like low lighting, but in the bathroom it was a little bit of a challenge to see myself in the mirror when shaving. Overall it was a great hotel.

Great hotel with modern Japan style. The bathing area is also very Japanese. Walkable to major malls and transit area. Parking is also very convenient, though it charged ¥1500 per day. Breakfast is phenomenal

Nice, clean, modern hotel within walking distance to Hakata station. They’ve added some really thoughtful little touches in the room. Pretty close to a 5* experience. Breakfast was good too. Although exactly the same for 3 days in a row. My husband was a big fan of the hot/cold bathing area too.

Location was centrally located. We were a few blocks from the main train station and minutes from the shopping. There are two bakery/coffee shops on the ground floor. I wish there had been more washing machines. The hotel only has 4 machines which were always full. We had to walk to a coin laundry a few minutes away.
