There system called self check-in was very unique and Convenience.There was a nice lounge in the 5th floor where you can cook your food,relax and chill.In the 1st floor there is a cafe with good vibes and delicious food with beautiful staff.The staff where so supportive and friendly.Overall,it was a great experience😊I want to stay there again and again,Thank you for the great experience.

簡単な朝食付き、駅からすぐのアクセスの良さ、施設は清潔でベッドもとても寝やすくぐっすり眠ることが出来ました。 ロビーのラウンジや上の階のラウンジで持ち込んだ食事もとれますし、上の階では調理もできます。 コンビニもすぐ近くにあります。 博多駅周辺よりとても静かで公園が目の前の落ち着いたゲストハウス。 ２段ベッドではないタイプのドミトリーがとても良かった! また泊まりたいです。

福岡市内に安く宿泊したかったのと、大濠公園近くでホテルを探していたので利用しました。 女性限定の8人部屋？に泊まりましたがスーツケースを保管する部屋は一階で、階が違うので不便。貴重品はベッドサイドにある金庫にしまえました。スーツケースを持っての旅行や出張の際にはあまり利用したくないなとおもいました。歯ブラシは100円かかります。タオルはあります、シャンプーやボディーソープ、ドライヤーもありました。1〜2泊だけの利用ならありかなと思います。

到着が遅くなり、フロントが閉まっていたので深夜口から入ろうとしましたが、入れませんでした。 事前チェックインのURLや送られてきたメールのどこを探しても、深夜口の暗証番号が載ってませんでした。 深夜の緊急連絡先として立ててある看板に書いてあった携帯番号に10回かけたのですが全て留守番電話で繋がらず、仕方なく少し歩いて近くのネカフェに泊まりました。 Expediaのチャットサポートも使い、宿泊施設の返信待ち状態にして、留守番電話に入れないというメッセージを入れたのにも関わらず、翌日以降一切の連絡なし。 終わってます。 お金返して欲しいです。
