The Villa Lucija (210m2) with a plot of 600m2 1, located in Funtana,
5 minutes from Porec and Vrsar. In just 300m range is a beautiful beach,
with bike and walking trails, soccer and basketball courts. The villa is located in the countryside,
in an absolutely quiet area and has sea views. The next building is 100m
away, allowing guests to enjoy a perfect intimacy. An own
Tennis court and pool provide the right ambience. A barbecue in the courtyard
and a playground for children are also available. The house has 4
Twin room s, 3 bathrooms,
3 terraces and ample parking for several cars. All Around the house
there is a fruit and vegetable garden, which the guests can use as well as the
Internetflat and satellite TV programs.
Funtana is a small place in the prestigious resort area, known for Numerous

Sehr schöne Villa mit kurzem Weg zum Strand
Wirklich eine sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool. In 10min ist man zu Fuß bei einigen Restaurants und zum Strand. Ich kann die Beachbar dort nur empfehlen, kalte Getränke zum Sonnenuntergang. Der Garten ist ein Traum, die Frühstücksterasse wundervoll. Achtung Hundehalter: Das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt. Unser Hund hat es geschafft, aus dem Grundstück zu entfliehen und nach 30min stand er wieder bellend vor dem Eingangstor…

Das ursprüngliche Familienhaus liegt in einer mit Bedacht und Voraussicht geplanten Garteninsel ohne Einblicksmöglichkeit, was das Baden am gepflegten Pool sehr intim gestaltet. Neue Liegen und Schirme setzten mit den schönen Fächerpalmen optische Akzente. Der große Tisch hinter dem Haus war für unsere Großfamilie den ganzen Tag über der optimale Essplatz. Ideal ist das Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke ohne durch Lärm zu stören. Die Lokale der Umgebung sind großartig und müssen vorreserviert werden (z.B. Konoba Bare oder Daniela!). Zdravko ist als Vermietern sehr freundlich und angenehm zurückhaltend. Der Tennisplatz ist eine nette Zugabe aber nicht für Profis. Die Schaukelmöglichkeiten für die Kinder sind gefährlich, da sich darunter eine Graniteinfassung befindet. Haben wir daher vorübergehend abmontiert. Das Baden im Meer ist vor allem in Vrsar sehr beliebt. Parkplätze findet man gegen Bezahlung über der Marina. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr privater komfortabler Urlaub.

Die Villa Lucia ist sehr schön gelegen, abseits, strandnah, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Kann die anderen Bewertungen nur Bestätigen, ein wunderschöner gepflegter Garten, schöner Pool, eigener Tennisplatz! Der Kontakt mit Piter, dem Vermieter, war immer super, kein Stress, kurzer Dienstweg, so wie man es sich wünscht! Komme gerne wieder!

Perfekt, alles wie gewünscht und abgemacht :)
Wie in den anderen Bewertungen, kann auch ich nur zustimmen, dass Piter ein sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Gastgeber ist! Alles hat geklappt wie ausgemacht. Wir hatten eine super Woche und werden wiederkommen. Die Villa ist riesig und sehr schön eingerichtet, der Pool sauber. Der Tennisplatz ist natürlich nichts für Profis und der Zaun tatsächlich sehr niedrig, aber für eine Spielgelegenheit auf dem eigenen Grundstück darf man sich keinesfalls beschweren :) Rundum gelungener Trip, alle Daumen nach oben! 👍👍

Jederzeit wieder! Piter ist ein äußerst hilfreicher und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er ist wirklich sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Sehr erholsamer Sommerurlaub mit allen Annehmlichkeiten
Riesengroßes Haus auf noch größerem Grundstück in absoluter Ruhelage. Mit dem Fahrrad zum Meer in 5 Minuten. Neuer großer Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Durch 2 getrennte Eingänge perfekt für 2 Familien. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Sitzplätze, Griller, Liegen alles vorhanden. Praktisch waren auch die 4 Fahrräder, die zwar kein Highlight sind, aber für kurze Touren zum Meer oder nach Porec vollkommen ausreichend sind. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der wunderschön bepflanzte Garten mit Blick auf Olivenbäume, Palmen und sonstiges mediteranes Gewächs. Die beiden hauseigenen Feigenbäume lieferten wunderbare Feigen. Pool ist ausreichend groß, der Tennisplatz ist gut bespielbar, Profis werden wahrscheinlich keine Freude haben, ausreichend Bälle mitbringen, der Zaun ist leider nicht hoch genug. Auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich ist ein weiterer überdachter Außensitzplatz direkt beim Haus, den wir meistens genutzt haben, da nahe zur Küche. Piter ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der öfters kommt und nach dem Rechten sieht. Wir haben 2 sehr erholsame und angenehme Wochen verbracht. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die zum Teil kaputten Gelsengitter vor den Fenstern. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr zum Empfehlen ist auch die Konoba Bare in Funtana!
