메리어트정도 되는 네임벨류를 가진 호텔이 발렛을 24시간 운영하지 않는 점과 운영시간 내에도 발렛 직원이 자리를 자주 비워 고객이 직접 찾아다니고 요청을 한다는게 이해가 안 감. 그리고 호텔 내에서 운영하는 레스토랑이 정기휴무가 있다는 점도 이해가 되지 않음. 서울에 있는 특급호텔에 비교하면 이름값 말고는 전체적으로 여러 방면에서 한참 부족함.

Had to make a last minute hotel switch because the previous hotel was bad. Rivertain blew me away with their quality for the price. Enjoyed the fresh fruit and decent eggs for breakfast, appreciated the clean main room aesthetic, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. For any return trips, I am very likely to stay here again.

Slight but serious issue with booking as Hotels.com didn’t have multiple Hound Hotels listed like Busan. Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 路‍♂️ Maybe they need someone to refer to in these situations 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 Hotels.com said they would follow up by email within 72 hours, which they didn’t. Room fairly spacious but bed quite uncomfortable. Bidet in bathroom 🚽 but towels directly above toilet 🚽 Bit of a pet peeve as one doesn’t know which was cleaned first. No one at front desk when checking in or when we came down for breakfast. Guess we know why no one answers the phone ☎️ Breakfast in the adjacent building so you may have to go outside. Fairly good. No staff so you help yourself. Even with the booking issue, I was attempting to keep my business 💰 with Hound hotels 🏨 Stayed in a Hound hotel in Busan with a much better experience. Standard of service was so poor here that not only would I not return, I’d be unlikely to choose other Hound hotels 🏨

Great spot and lots to do nearby. Clean and friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean. My room was very spacious and the rooms smart devices were useful.
