Decent stay

My room was very clean but I could tell where previous repairs were done but not professionally, so it wasn’t good to see. My toilet overflowed and I had to change rooms at 3AM. I suggest upgrading your toilets and ensuring all repairs are done professionally

The staff was alway ready to talk to us and very helpful. Great attitudes.There is some remodeling but they were very clean in the work areas. I loved the room we stayed in, it had a separate sutting area and i enjoyed sitting there and looking out the window. The pool and hot tub tha a great view and i liked the outside fenced area that was available. We will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was good & fully stocked. Rooms were nice & spacious. Loved the pool, jacuzzi & gym. Bathrooms need better hand soap. The hotel was clean but still had a weird smell. Maybe need to use more stronger cleaning products like bleach, lysol, clorox, fabuloso, & air freshner.

Hotel needs updates. There are parts that are falling apart. Air conditioner in room was awful. They were fixing it when we got the room. Made lots of noise and kept us up all night. Ester and her son were AMAZING!! She helped me book my stay and her son made sure we had checked in okay. She went above and beyond for us!! They need a raise! The hotel elevator was NOT inspected for I’m sure years, my husband could smell hydraulic fluid. This place definitely has not been inspected for years. The food was okay, potatoes tasted freezer burnt and the bagels had a bag taste. The room had air conditioning that said “Do not touch” very weird. Blow dryer didn’t work. The floor had hand prints on them in the bathroom, my son’s socks were BLACK from the dirty floors. We asked for more towels (they gave us two for a six person room) the daytime guy told us no that the other guests needed some, okay so two towels for six people, happy I had packed some! The pool good but the hot tub had dirty bubbles in it and you guessed it NO TOWELS. For $130 a night you would expect a simple towel or the amount to accommodate your room. I will not book here again, pictures and requests need to be updated.

Sign was partially lit. Elevator not functioning correctly, could be a safety issue. 3 small thin Towels, 1 hand towel and wash cloth for 4 guests. Shower curtain kept sliding to the center of the curtain rod. Ice machines not working except the one on the 3rd floor. Beds were comfortable. Has running water, lights and air conditioning. Breakfast had a good variety and ample space for guests.

AC never went below 77 degrees. Every thing looked run down. Tub was patched and seat was ripped( we were given a handicap room). Foyer light was not working, baseboards were all tore up and missing parts. Bed was severely sloped in the middle. Entire hotel needs upgrading.

Hotel is convenient but the condition is not good, elevator issues, unprofessional caulking in bathroom, floor in our room was level to the point of you can feel walking downhill, seems like major structural issue.

The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. I realized that towels had not been left in our room. When I called the front desk to request them, I was asked to come down and get them. I got down there to find two people behind the desk. When I dropped my room keys off in the morning, the attendant was on the phone but didn't smile or acknowledge me so I dropped them off. My husband is in facility management and noticed multiple code violations (outlet covers missing) at breakfast. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. There was a sign by the elevator stating that the elevator door safety had been disabled.
