Just over $200 per night with fees, and my tv wouldn’t work. I told the manager, but he wanted to go with me to the room at that moment, but I was leaving for a wedding. When I got back, I just didn’t bother with reminding him (don’t really want a man going to my room as a female alone), and used my iPad with the WiFi. The other problem was that my AC would not change off off 73°, therefore, my normal 68° at night could not happen and I was a little sweaty in the morning. The group across the hall from me blasted some music for a while around 10 pm, but I wasn’t about to complain as it was several men in the room. Someone else must have reported because it didn’t last more than an hour. This room should have been $100.

The air did not work. I put the thermostat on 73, but the room temperature remained at 79. Up elevator button was missing. Ants on counter in the breakfast area.

Don’t stay here

I ended up not staying in this hotel. I booked a room with a king bed. They didn’t have any. The double bed room I walked into was dirty and poorly maintained. A/C didn’t work. So we made other arrangements. Trying to get a refund, but no luck so far.

This was a horrible experience for us. Dogs barking all night next door. Swimming pool and hot tub not working. Shower head , vault, and window broken you could hear the wind all night. This is differently 5 thumbs down...Expedia you should not be agreeing this place to anyone

Worst experience ever

In the initial room i was given the television didn't work and had no heat with a leaking sink. When transferred ro a different room there was a working television but no air conditioning or heat. I asked for a discount they offered chips and (a) soda from the gift shop. Insult to injury i bought my own cleaning supplies for the hairs in the shower and sink. Never ever again. 437 plus dollars for the worst experience ever .

Bad hotel

Room was not clean found bed messed up, condom pkg on bed table, used condom in toilet and dirty towel on counter. Walked straight out of room and assigned new room. Indoor pool area not clean and water didn’t look clean. No coffee or juice for breakfast. We use this hotel chain a lot and never had any issues.

Would not recommend. Had to change rooms to second floor as we were told “sometimes door locks don’t work”. Got to our second room to find a busted up door that barely closed and became unlocked after we left, no working AC, stains.

So we always try to get a hotel that has an indoor pool for the kids. We had actually stayed at this one before. The kids went to the pool. No one was in it. They walked in and their eyes were hurting before even getting in the pool. They were in it for 10 minutes and had to get out, and ran to the restroom because they had to throw up!!! There were too many chemicals in the water or something. The kids said the same thing happed the last time we stayed there. The room they gave us was not clean. In the bathroom it looked like someone sprayed silly string in there and never got cleaned up. There was a used dirty q-tip on the nightstand right next to the telephone. The TV didn't work either. I don't know that I will be staying here again, or recomeding it to anyone either! Hope this helps anyone trying to stay there and helps the hotel to maybe work on these problems!!
