Room was so dirty like it hadn’t been mopped in a month or so . Very unfriendly people at the desk they wouldn’t take US currency. They only had room services once a week and they didn’t want to give towels when needed . The smell of mildew and mold was so bad in my room and the bath tub was busted and had silicone on it and there was black mold on the walls

Outdated room, clean but strong smell of bleach that gave me headache. Coffeemaker was broken Airconditioning unit is very loud. Although pets are only allowed on ground floor, dog was barking on 4th floor

One hour after check-in getting ready for bed, a roach crawled out of the pillow as my son was getting ready to sleep. The front desk changed our room, we still made a trip to the neighborhood Walmart to get roach spray, lysol and clorox to clean the new roon just because it was the onky way to get my.sons to sleep in the hotel. We couldn't have left since we were a large group with 10 rooms.

Unfortunately we had to check out early because we found roaches in our room and my wife is severely allergic. I’m hoping to get the night refunded since we had to rebook at another hotel for the night. They did offer us another room but once we saw the roaches, we knew we had to find a different place for my wife’s safety. The price was right for us initially but ended up costing us triple after rebooking. This is our first experience with red roof inn. I can’t say we will return to this brand.

This is a no frills hotel. No breakfast is available. Rooms are clean any convenient to Shands Hospital. Needs some upgrades but for the money its fine.

Staff are very friendly and efficient with checkin etc. It’s quiet and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping and is close to the interstate. One of my favorite red roof inns as I travel quite a bit with my dog and have stayed at a number of them in the southeast.
