UPPER LEVEL: Relax in a king size bed with a Smart TV (Roku - streaming, Live TV, & YouTubeTV subscription) in the room. The ensuite bathroom has a tub, shower, and even a skylight where you can catch a peek at the stars on a clear night. Sheets, pillows, comforters, nice supply of towels, washcloths, bodywash, shampoo, & conditioner are provided for both levels. The loft has a convenient workspace with a desk and USB port lamp (free WIFI). There are also 2 preschool size cots available in the master bedroom closet for guests with little ones. The pack 'n play is mini size for infants.

LOWER LEVEL: Includes a sofa with a pull-out, queen-size bed and Smart TV (Roku - streaming, Live TV, & YouTube TV subscription). A laundry room (w/ a starter supply of laundry detergent) and a full bath with a shower are attached to the kitchen. This level boasts a cheery, open lay-out with lots of natural light. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch or on the back deck and take in the peaceful views of nature and wildlife. Don't be surprised to find some wild turkeys, deer, or even a hedgehog strolling by. The deck has a gas grill and patio furniture for four. Behind the deck you'll find a fresh supply of wood available for the fireplace (useable Labor Day through Memorial Day). The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and has newer appliances. The dual coffee maker (pod and drip) is supplied with regular coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and K-cups. Some decor will change seasonally.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Due to owners' allergies, cats are NOT allowed on the property at any time. ONE DOG IS PERMITTED. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine. Damage caused by a pet or failure to follow GTA pet policies will also incure a fine. A medium size doggy bed, 2 pet bowls, a couch cover, and a few toys are provided in the property.
2. No parties or large gatherings!
3. No smoking or vaping on the townhome premises!
4. This townhome sleeps four and uses keyless entry.
5. You must be 21 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay. We do not allow third party bookings.
6. We are unable to issue refunds for weather, sickness, or similar circumstances that are beyond our control. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance if you desire a refund for these situations.
7. This townhome has interior and exterior stairs. It is set nicely away from the parking lot, giving it plenty of privacy, but you will need to be able to navigate stairs.
