5. Complimentary starter firewood is provided, lasting up to 2 hours. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase additional firewood from us at an extra cost.
6. The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with a contracted snow plower. However, winter weather can be unpredictable, so we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles or chains during the winter. Please note, refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
