Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the location was convenient and easy to get around from. Check-in and parking were smooth, and the spa services were a nice added touch. The only minor drawback was some noise from neighboring rooms at times, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The only thing that I forgot to mention to the downstairs service team was that part of the toilet seat holding screw was on the floor when I went to the bathroom for the first time.
