The towels in our room were visibly dirty and covered in yellow stains. Replacement towels delivered later were also stained. We additionally found hair in the bed (including blonde hair; I have brown hair). When this was reported, there was a long delay in staff responding, and the interaction was unpleasant.
We were also woken up late Saturday night by hotel staff knocking on our door asking if we had requested a rollaway bed, which we had not. Overall, this experience was far below the standard expected for a Marriott resort.
