2bedroom/1bathroom clean and cozy NEWLY RENOVATED private home. 3 minute bike ride to the beach, parks, the famous “Pleasure Pier”, and hopping nightlife, restaurants and shopping (“The Strand”). 15 minute drive to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. 2 private bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each, and a spacious living room including comfortable seating for everyone, a queen sized pullout sofa, and full size futon. Garage access for storage (no room for a vehicle), and Laundry room on the property. Cute outdoor living space in a private, fenced yard. Grill and outdoor seating. Premium cable in living room, and Roku TVs in each bedroom. **An additional $75 cleaning fee will be added to stays of 8 nights or more. WE ARE NOW OFFERING ON-SITE BICYCLE RENTALS.
