Room was damp and smelled moldy, the toilet was leaking from the bottom, it was so disgusting we did not shower until we where on the cruise ship … staff was nice but room was disgusting. We just needed a nap after a long drive down.

We had a great 6 day stay. The front desk staff were very helpful with questions. The outdoor area was maintained and well lit at night. The towels & linens were clean and didn’t have a rough feel . We recommend this hotel for a great Galveston visit.

This property really needs deep cleaning. We were in the room for about 1.5 hrs, and we had to get out of room due to strong mold stench and my wife started to having breathing problem. We've moved to another roo, but had urine small, most likely pet urine, and 3rd room had mold smell as well. The staff told me that would be the last room they could show us and we told them we cannot stey. Staff said they will refund for 2nd night, but not the 1st. It's been 3rd day since, but no refund was issued.

The location is wonderful and the area is safe. The hotel room had some stains on floor and bedding. The air conditioning unit looked like it had mold in it and the room smelled really musty. We had to leave the outside door open most of the time for fresh air. Our fridge did not work and we had to throw away our food but the staff replaced it as soon as we mentioned it and were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Indoor pool was not very warm or clean but the outdoor pool was nicer.
