Overall, the hotel offers very good value for its location and service. The day staff was EXCELLENT and did their best to make sure we were able to check in early, receive anti slip mats, and get a room with a wonderful seaside view! The breakfast was also plentiful and offered a wide variety of options.
I would have given the hotel 5 stars but our card key kept dying and the night staff male attendant blamed us for the problem. I tried keeping the card away from my phone, wallet, and other credit cards and it still died and won’t open my room door! The elevator was also slow and got stuck on a few occasions but you can’t have it all. I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel since the day service, location, and breakfast are hard to beat with their competitive prices. For expectations management, just be prepared to use the stairs and keep asking for for new room card keys.
